This was a total mistake on my part. This printer right out of the box was a piece of junk. The document feeder torn up the paper goibg through the feeder. What made is worse was HP customer support would not work with me to correct the situation. Their answer was for me to purchase a new print we and i was to send the old one back and I would get a credit a week or more later. Needless to say i didn't agree. I bought another brand printer

I ordered this a month ago, I had to wait for my new desk to arrive so I JUST started using this. So far so good does the job and is better than the last laser I had from another company. Much easier to use.

I use the printer for a home office. The printer was easy to setup and has many great features. My only complaint is that it is a little louder than I would have expected. The prints come out fast and print quality is great. I did try using some photo paper I had to print pictures but it did not seem to work out that well as the ink ran on the paper. Not the end of the world as I didn't buy the printer specifically for photos.

This HP printer is a fantastic little machine. It's small but can do a lot! Prints come out bright and clear, and it's super fast. The touchscreen is easy to use, and you can connect it to your wireless network. Plus, it can copy and scan too. If you need a printer that can handle it all, this one is a good choice.

This was my first experience using a laser printer at home. For years I have always used an all-in-on, inkjet style printer. Although the inkjet style printer has served me well in the past, after my experience with the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 3301 Printer, I'll never go back. These are the things that impressed me most about this printer: Setup/Connectivity - The setup for this printer couldn't have been easier. I think it took me longer to get the printer out of the box than it did to set it up. I was able to connect and print test pages within minutes. Downloading the HP app prior to setup certainly helped make installation go even quicker. Even without the app, connecting to other devices was a snap. Print Speed - This is where the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 3301 printer truly shines. The print speed is much more comparable to a high end office copier than a home printer. Although print speed isn't typically an issue when printing at home, it has come up from time to time. There have been several occasions when I've needed to print some important pages just minutes before leaving the house for a meeting, and this printer has delivered every time. Print Quality - In comparing the LaserJet Pro MFP 3301 to my old inkjet style printer, there is no real comparison. My previous inkjet style printer is no match for the LaserJet Pro MFP 3301 in terms of image quality. The images are crisp, colors are vibrant, blacks are dark, there are no lines or streaking, and the contrast/sharpness is amazing. All in all, this is why you choose a laser printer! Other Features - In fairness I must mention the other functions of this printer, as it does more than just print. The scanner works fine. I've used it for both scanning documents to save to file, and scanning documents to make copies. I haven't had any issues doing either. Overall Review - Overall, I am extremely happy with the performance of the HP MFP 3301 LaserJet Pro. Honestly, after using it for a while now, I can't believe I ever used any other printer at home. I own a small business, and no longer have to run to the local print shop to get important documents printed or copied. Being able to print professional quality pages at home has been a joy. I couldn't be more pleased with the performance of this multi-function printer!

I have used many black and white and color laser printers both in my home and office and this o e is the best by far. First noticeable difference is this unit is super compact and takes up much less space than most other printers that don't have nearly as many features. Unboxing and setup was super simple and took probably less than 5 minutes and we were printing. The main reason we updated our older printer was for the duplex feature. We print a lot of color graphics and invoices for our customers and it is nice to be able to quickly and easily print on both sides of the paper. The print quality is on par with printers costing much more, the print speed is top notch. I honestly can't find anything about this printer I do not like and wound highly recommend to anyone.

I was skeptical when my husband purchased the printer but it was super easy to set up and packaged supremely well. We got it out of the box and began to use it immediately. It only took minutes to get used to all of the screens and the interactions of the printer. It was also very easy to coordinate the wireless function and Wi-Fi so that we could use the phone to operate the printer. I really enjoyed it a few weeks ago when my husband asked me to make a copy of his passport so he can carry it daily when he was abroad instead of carrying his official passport. The picture of the passport came out beautifully and the picture quality, and the crispness was amazing. I cannot speak any more highly of the printer, the functionality and the ease of operation. This printer will definitely be one that we will continue to use for the entire family and for our small business. It was also quite useful with my son's small project that he had for Summer camp. The copies of the pictures that he took were amazing. It was almost a shame to send them as a project and not frame them for home use. This has been an amazing Printer and again I can't speak anymore highly of the quality of operation and set up! Hats off to HP for their 3 301SDW Printer.

Convoluted and cumbersome setup process plus way too many steps to do simple tasks. Every time I want to adjust print quality or other parameter, I need to remember a 6 digit PIN!

I have used HP printer for 25+ years. This printer was surprisingly fast, great colors. In reading the manual, I could not find out how to use tray 1. I had to wait for the answe to appear in Google that tray 1 is a manual feed tray. I would have preferred to have 2 tray that you could adjust paper size. All in all, HP has nor disappointed. They have shown their great standards in this printer. I would recommend this printer for home or office use.

We returned from vacation and I retrieved the printer from the neighbor used! I connected it to my wifi without any issues. As a part-time writer, I pulled up several articles to see the clarity of the print along with the color crispness. Wow - the fonts are sharp and the colors are bold. No mincing words - this is one excellent printer - and you need one also!

I've worked in IT for over 20 years, and have had some good printers and bad, and this one has been great so far. Had many issues with my black and white HP laserjet previously wanting to constantly disconnect from the WiFi. This printer, the HP Color Laserjet Pro MFP 3301sdw has been consistent since the easy setup on screen to get connected with our WiFi. It took less than 10 minutes to get up and running, and print from my iPhone, and other devices. The printer came preloaded with the four toner cartridges it uses, black/magenta/cyan/yellow in the slide out tray. Add paper to the paper tray that can hold up to 250 sheets and away you go. It has a top load feed scanner to copy/scan documents quickly, or single page glass scanner to scan in other media types like photos. It is big, and heavy, so it may take two to unbox it. It prints quick, has nice colors and tones to printed pages. I will say some pages the black tones don't show well when printing with other rich color tones. Could've been that particular page printed though as well. Overall a great printer for work from home, small business, or a family with school kids that have projects due. The four pack of toners currently seem to be around $229 so they are a bit pricey, but may come down with time as it is a new printer. Each toner states it prints about 1500 pages or so, so at least it will be a while until needed.

The HP Color LaserJet Pro MPF 3301sdw is a game changer for my workflow. It prints much faster than my former ink jet printer and was easy to link to my WIFI and three office computers for wireless printing I work smarter and more efficiently with all of its capabilities including the copy and scan functions. The digital touch icon interface is intuitive and easy to navigate through settings and functions.

First off let me say that I was pleased about the packaging and I have been a big fan of the HP printers. This printer certainly did NOT disappoint me nor my wife. It was super easy to setup and was up and going in less than six minutes. I was also very please with the features as you can scan things from the phone and send to the printer for printing. I found that this was difficult to do with my previous printer and very "clunky". The color was absolutely amazing and the options are plentiful with this printer. We print a lot but never really had was impressed with the quality of the last ink jet printer we had so we went with a laser black and white. It was pretty good but this one blows the ink jet out of the water and the colors are so crisp and clear. The finish was good enough to actually put in a frame. Overall, I am super pleased with the printer and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone that is looking to purchase their next printer. I am looking forward to years of service from the 3301SDW! This was one of the best purchases that we have made in several years.

The printer was packaged well. It is pretty heavy for the size and needed my husband to help me take it out of the box. I like it's simplicity. It was really easy to set up and being wireless is definitely a plus, no additional cables needed. As soon as I connected to WiFi, it was immediately available as an option on my iPhone. It is a little loud when it starts from sleep mode (but not as loud as my older printer) . I printed something small, and the print was clear and legible. I also printed a photo from my iPhone and there was an option to select the size and only took seconds to print. I am very impressed with this printer.

We replaced an older HP laser (HP477), we like that it has a smaller foot print and does everything the old printer did. Set up had a few minor glitches, I didn't realize I had to go into the hardware configuration and enable two sided printing. Assumed that all I had to do was download software and go. We are getting an annoying error message that it is low on paper, it is not, no paper jams, paper tabs set correctly. Called HP but it was not malfunctioning when I called, now has reappeared. This is very similar to our old printer but does a better job printing. It uses less energy than the previous printer. Thanks

This is not my first printer... this is not my second printer... this may be my last printer though. It just works. Plug it in, turn it on, it works. So far, no issues - great picture quality, great speed, and I am having no problems with it at all! Yes, I came from another printer that was having issues, but with this one I am blown away. Easy to use, great quality, easy to share with everyone in my family, easy to printer or scan EVEN FROM MY PHONE. A++!

After months of searching for a replacement laser printer I think I've finally found the perfect product. The HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 3301sdw meets all my needs and so much more. Setup of the printer was simple and fast. It found the wireless network immediately and within less than 30 mins I'd installed all the drivers and updated the firmware with no issues whatsoever. I was a little concerned about the size of the printer when first unboxing, but it sits perfectly on my standing desk and does not look out of place as a home printer. The printer is incredibly fast in both black and white and color. My wife who is a teacher could not believe the speed at which it printed dozens of worksheets for her students. The quality of the output is amazing even on basic copier paper. Lines are crisp, the definition is high, and colors pop from the page. The best I have seen in any previous printer I have owned. One of the things I like most about this printer is the speed of double sided printing. It's astonishingly fast - faster than single sided printing from my previous printer. Scan speed and quality is also impressive, and the HP apps make it easy. If you are looking for a feature packed printer that does it all at speed and high quality then you cannot go wrong with the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP3301sdw.

After unboxing, the display held my hand and walked me through the setup process. Next, I connected it to my computer and printed out a test page, all done under 5 minutes after plugging it in. I'm not used to having anything go so smooth when it comes to printers. I have pptsd (post printer traumatic stress disorder) as im sure anyone else reading this does as well. Setting up the Hp Smart app on my phone was just as effortless. It prints super fast and print quality is outstanding. Build quality feels premium and sturdy. It's pretty quiet, as far as printers go. I also tested the scanning, copying, and faxing functions and the printer does them all really well. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone in the market for a new printer.

First of all the packaging on this printer is impressive. It is a bit larger than first expected (and heavier). However, the functionality more than makes up for that. Easy to set up and get going with information provided on how to update firmware. An easy choice for those looking for an efficient printer. The noise level is also on the lower end for a printer of this caliber. When it comes to actual use, there is a multitude of ways to connect including the app which is fairly intuitive. The print quality is just as you would expect, top-notch from a printer at this price point and the speed of printing is also fair. It has all the features one would want, will be sure to keep this printer around for as long as it lasts!

I recently upgraded from a old black and white laser printer to this new printer and it's a night and day difference. This printer prints fast and very quiet, it also doesn't take long to start up and stop. Quality of the printer are clear and color prints are pretty vibrant. Set up was really easy as toner was already installed in the box which I really appreciate and cut down on set up time. All you have to do is to turn it on and follow the instructions on the touchscreen. Touchscreen is super responsive and roomy enough where there's not mistakes navigating the menu. I do appreciate the connectivity of the printer with it's clean phone app and that I can easily print wirelessly anywhere in the house with my phone or through WiFi. Definitely recommend for a solid printer

I remember purchasing my first color laser printer years ago. It was slow (4 ppm!), expensive, and loud. It's pretty nuts how much the product has improved. This printer has a first page time that is very quick, and the toner is easy to change, as it installs in the front and not the sides. Scanning is good with PDF and JPG options. The duplexer is very nice-a feature that used to be quite expensive and hard to get. I do wish that HP were more open to 3rd party toner cartridges. It feels like this has been a battle for decades with some manufacturers supporting it more than others. HP definitely does not. Still, the printer is amazing, and I highly recommend it.

It took me more time to unpack than it did to connect! I had zero issues during the installation, everything went so well I was waiting for something to go wrong. It never did! Print quality is outstanding and this printer works so much better than my old one. I recommend this printer. We have a small non profit ministry and this printer will elevate our work product to a new level, making it look more professional. WOW!
