The product was never deliver, money wasn't returned. I waited 2 weeks and called multiple times saying it was my fault which is ridiculous. Called post canada and they never even heard about my package. I don't recommend buying anything from them.

A 5-star downsizing!
I recently retired my almost 7-year old 15.6" HP Envy. It served me very well and owed me nothing and it was high time to replace it before it totally gave up the ghost. My only complaint about the previous Envy was it's size and weight. While I loved having the integrated number pad and the larger screen, the overall size was not convenient for travelling and taking it with me on my various work-related meetings/events. I'm so pleased with the 13" Envy. It feels like "home" to me and I love all of the upgrades from my old Envy. Plus it's so lightweight and does absolutely everything I need.

HP Envy x360 2-in-1 Laptop 13"
This laptop is awesome! The refresh rate is fast, and it handles multiple open apps, each with multiple open tabs like a dream. The only problem I found with it was that large spreadsheets are dificult to read unless zoomed in, and then you can't see the entire spreadsheet on one screen.

Well made and runs great
Works better than I expected. Screen very sharp and colors vivid. With 16G of RAM and an I7 CPU very speedy. Have not really fully tested battery life yet but looks like it will be fine for my use. Case is attractive and seems well made, have not detected any twisting. Keyboard backlight is adjustable, but I would like to be able to make it a bit lower but this is a very small complaint.
I am a bit confused about the extended warranty I bought, HP keeps trying to sell me another one via pop up's. I need to call support about this when I get some time.

I love everything about it
I received this laptop in the mail a week ago, and I couldn't be happier with this laptop. The display is absolutely stunning, and I find myself just being on my laptop to experience the beautiful display. The screen for this model, 13.3 inch is great sizing. It is big and wide, and I don't think I would need a bigger screen size. This computer loads information fast. Has facial ID that always work. The sound system is great and all mechanics are great. I can run different computer science languages on here too. The touchscreen and 2 in 1 feature is great. When you flip it to fold it is not bulky, The screen and keyboard are both thin and nice. This is just an awesome laptop.

Love this laptop!
Wow! I'm really loving this laptop! The OLED display is stunning. I7 processor, tons of memory, a TB SSD - this thing is super speedy. The face recognition works very well. The keyboard feels great. And it doesn't weigh much!

HP Envy keyboard is perfect for a writer.
This is a very slick laptop. I considered a new Apple MacBook M2 and an Acer Aspire laptop and settled in the Envy.
The keyboard was the most important feature and I tested every laptop at Vest Buy and Staples. The HP Envy has the best keyboard for me. I use Word and write a lot.
The screen is fantastic. The illuminated keyboard feels perfect. I hate numeric keypads so the 13" models avoid that. Lots of room on the 1Tb drive. The processor is almost too fast and I slowed down the cursor response.
The aluminum case feels sturdy and matches my 2015 MacBook Air ounce for ounce. I got two days out of the battery so that's good enough.
Being able to touch the screen is handy for OK'ing options. The Envy can be made into a touchscreen tablet but that wasn't on my shopping list.
Only quibble - the magnetic attachment of the pen on the right side is annoying. My little finger right hand keeps colliding with it. There is no alternative storage so the pen ends up somewhere on my desk.
There are enough old and new USB connections and I like being able to plug in my 4K monitor.

Great for online college courses
This is a great computer for my online schooling. It also can keep up with my 10 thousand windows open at one time. So thankful i decided to just go for it and get this one.
