Regretted my purchase immediately.

I bought this laptop a few weeks ago and returned it the next day. It came and took forever to set up, and I tried to run some simple programs like Audacity on it and it crashed immediately. Called customer service and was told that the computer wasn?t completely updated? Not sure why I was sent a computer that hadn?t been updated and was running Windows software from years ago. Updated the computer and still encountered these issues. I did some more research and figured out that the graphics card was one of the lowest-running ones, and that the computer simply wouldn?t be able to run the programs I wanted it to without crashing. I jumped through a dozen hoops to try and return it, and once I got someone on call they actually told me that the computer I got was ?one of HP?s best computers.? The return process was far too long, and when I finally got the money back I bought a computer for $500 less (including an extended warranty and a CD drive) that runs Windows like it was meant to and can handle much heavier programs alongside the tabs I need to keep up for work. (My new computer is from Lenovo, if anyone?s interested.) Now I?ve got more money to buy other things for college next year. Suffice it to say, I will not be buying from HP again. Do your research before buying on of these computers. You?ll find that they?re not up to standard pretty quick.
