Cheap bezels.
This is the second so called "premium" laptop that I have purchased from HP with substandard screen bezels. The HP ZBook Firefly 15 G8 laptop that was sent to me had bezels which were so improperly fixed to the screen that one could see its metallic casing. Don't be fooled by HP's "premium" label for their ZBooks and Elitebooks. As I can personally attest, the quality control for their "premium" lines is no better than that of their standard consumer lines. If anything, it is worse. And to add insult to injury, when you attempt to return HP's defective machines back to them, they shamelessly charge you a restocking fee.

Not satisfied at all with HP service .Thank You
I was customer of HP from last 10 years and all my office products are from Hp But this time I did mistake to buy from HP. HP service was really shocking. This happened first time with me. I am not satisfied with HP at all.

It's the best HP has to offer.
I have been using the Zbook in some form since inception as I am an engineer. When I retired, I decided to buy the Firefly. I am more impressed with each iteration of the Zbook. Well done HP!!!

Love This Laptop
The laptop screen has a great resolution and is very clear. The laptop itself is very light and thin.

Just what I needed!!
I needed a laptop for Grad School and this is perfect. I do wish I would have purchased one with a larger screen and more usb ports but other than that it does everything I need it to, it's lightweight, and works great. I discovered the touchscreen by accident trying to kill a bug! A great bonus!

Good product ruined by too much HP Software
It?s snappy, performs well, and looks god. However, you can?t use the USB C port to charge, and there?s a LOT of HP software on this machine.

Was good until it quite working after 1 month
The first month with this laptop was okay, I thought I had made a good choice. Once it was a month in, it decided to quit working, the ports quit so I could no longer use a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard, nor project from my c-type cord onto my monitor. HP support was relatively useless other than telling me to mail it in to them and they'd fix it and send it back. I'm not sure how that's really helpful when I need my computer all day for work and personal. I lose hundreds of dollars an hour that I am not able to use my computer.
So they had me download new drivers and it still wouldn't work. In fact, now my laptop keyboard and mouse are frozen and unusable and HP support keeps disconnecting where I can't get any actual help!
I switched from Microsoft Surface and was considering converting all office equipment because I like my technology to match. I will most certainly not be doing that now and likely will never buy an HP again. To have it fail a month into use is completly unacceptable.

Great features
Perfect size including alphanumeric keyboard. Backlight comes on as soon as you start typing then turns off automatically. Easy set up. Looking forward to years of use.

Firefly Falls Short
Performance was great, but the additional software installed by HP created conflicts with our security systems and took a great deal to resolve. Making a simple solution more complicated than needed.

Love my new laptop
I purchased this laptop a few weeks ago and it shipped right away. It was easy to setup and get started. The performance of the laptop has been quite good and I'm very happy with my purchase.
