I just received this bag today. The dimensions listed on the website show that it is 18 inches tall. It is not. It also shows that it is 15 inches across. It is not. It is 15 inches tall and 12 inches across. I have a big laptop, so I measured it to make sure before I ordered it and it does not fit inside this bag. ALSO, on the picture and text on the tag that was attached to this bag, it says that it has two zippers which are able to be locked together to prevent theft. IT DOES NOT. It has just one zipper that I cannot lock together with anything else. I am very disappointed with this purchase.

If you need a case that can secure with a lock this feature currently not made as advertised. I just received an exchange of my first order and this case is also missing the second zipper pull. The modern design has many great features (although would have preferred longer handles to slip over shoulder) and stands upright.

I purchase this bag for my new HP Envy x360, unfortunately, it isn't quite tall enough to zip over the computer. I still like it, though

This might be the most organized I'll ever be. Pockets for everything; dividers to separate your belongings; protection for your laptop and lightweight to boot. Finally, the quality of the bag is impressive and it just looks good. Now I can't wait for my new laptop to arrive.

Product looks great, and appears to be well made. Time will tell as to the durability and reliability, but so far so good. We had to switch the shoulder pad to be on the other side of the strap buckle, but that was minor, and was simple to do.

I bought this to protect my surface laptop that I had recently purchased. I was tired of using my backpack and constantly self-conscious that such an expensive purchase was not being completely protected. I am totally happy about this purchase and I use it daily. I am a teacher and an online student, so it goes a lot of places with me and I receive compliments on it often.
