I advise everyone to get your Ink directly from HP. It's better than Staples, Amazon, Sam's Club, etc.

Send to me it would be just as cheap to just buy new printer with the cost of the ink and the fact that the printer I purchased only takes genuine HP ink. Will not buy another HP printer.

terrible product- poor support
Printer would not recognize this cartridge or the color cartridges I purchased as Genuine HP and therefore would not allow printing. I could not find a customer service number to contact HP. I found the online help poor and circular. I have since discarded the printer and cartridges and have switched to a different mfg. I am extremely disappointed with HP since I purposefully purchased "Genuine" HP cartridges with the intent of them being fully compatible. I was not able to find a portal for return and reimbursement have no intent of using HP products in the future

Subscription Ink Program is Criminal
I accepted the free trial HP ink program. But once I cancelled, all of my ink is now useless and I must buy new ink. I would not have tried the free trial if I knew you would brink $125 worth of ink.
The print ink model was already a scam, now itis criminal.
I will tell everyone that I can tell.

Good printer but cartridges are too expensive.
There's cartridges are too expensive and HP adjusts your printer so you can't use generic cartridges that cost 1/2 the price.

Says it is counterfeit
Even after all of the troubleshooting tips found on the Internet the cartridge still says its counterfeit or is empty. This was a lot of money to have to basically throw away.

Cartridge drying
The cartridge performs very well when it is new, but for users who don't print frequently, it tends to dry out over time. It would be helpful if HP could find a solution to prevent customers from having to replace cartridges unnecessarily.

Very hard to remove orange top before installing
The ink is fine, but removing the orange plastic top is a pain. I struggle to pop this off each time I install a cartidge. I don't understand why isn't designed for easier removal.

So far so good.
No issues with dried out or semi-filled cartridges like when you order from the large generic sites. I appreciate that they give you a cartridge disposal pouch.

The ink is fine. My dislike is the orange top/handle that has to be snapped off before installing. I do not understand why it has to be so difficult to pop off. I struggle each time I have to install a cartidge. Surely there must a better way.

The HP website gets me where I want to be after several tries. It keeps wanting me to sign up for automatic delivery - sorry I don't use my printer that much so quit hassling me. Then on installing the ink, the printer decided it wouldn't work. Where do I find help. I had to jump through hoops. I used to have "doc" app on the laptop but that too has disappeared and finally after many days and attempts I resolved my issue and got the printer working again. it's just not as easy as it used to be. I don't think it's my little old lady attempts either. Make it easier please.
