I bought this as a replacement work computer. It runs well, but has features that are absolutely pointless. It runs smooth, no complaint there. Biggest issue, I had to buy separate adapters in order to plug my hdmi cords for my monitors. I also had to buy a wireless adapter in order to pick up Wi-Fi. Add those additional purchases to the cost of the tower...Pretty lame of HP if you ask me.

I've only had it a few weeks, but have had HP desktop units for years. I expect the same excellent performance that I've had in the past. I was confused about getting FIVE cords with the monitor, but a quick phone call to a very helpful person in Idaho resolved that easily.

I brought the EliteDesk Tower and boy, it's fast! It pulls up tabs, after tabs, after tabs. Just what I needed. Great purchase, thank you!

This was an inexpensive Black Friday special. I wanted to add a 3.5" HDD to this build and HP did not include the mounting trays, nor could their support find them on their parts store. I purchased an Intel i78700.It shipped with the stock Intel cooler. This should be good enough, but it's not very promising if I'm hoping for longevity out of this computer.

I bought this system in November. Lots of issues with this purchase, the DVD Burner didn't work, the display ports were different so I had to buy new cables, the sound ports were different so I had to buy an adapter that doesn't work right. I'll probably buy new speakers... but with all that the customer & technical support was good. They gave me support & credits to cover much of the frustration.

I bought this PC that does not have the port for HDMI. I could not turn on because this situation. I called Tech support, they turned me around for around ten different people. The issue still could not solve. They told me have to buy a adpter, they sent me to the sale department, even though the PC I bought should have 5 year warranty. I had the case 5041331150 . The computer was late arriving to us, which forced us to buy another computer in order to open the business on time. Now, I am looking at returning this computer as the one I purchased performs the same for $200 cheaper.
