Your website, app and support are the worst - impossible to find what you need, searches don't work, buying a product is painful and get disconnected from sales at the last moment after I paid for the item and no confirmation it shipped - delivery estimates wrong? pretty much awfuf

So far seems to work ok but sure comes in a lot of packaging and the pull off tab is a bit difficult to get off.

The black ink cartridge gives a lot more printing document prints than the regular cartridges. Installation was a "breeze".

Good quality black ink. Hundreds of copies made from June to December before needing to replace.

It is hard for me to find it for sale and it is hard to replace it when it is empty. I have no idea about replacing cartridges' which I never did before. I have always used HP inks for my older printers and had no trouble finding replacements.
