Why SO Expensive?
Ink cartridges for Ink Jet and Desk Jet printers have gotten too expensive! Two black only cartridges cost nearly $150! As for how it's doing and my opinion of it, fine. For the price of four HP cartridges, I can buy a new Epson Ecotank printer and four vials of ink, which is what I may do when these two cartridges are empty.

I have an older model printer. No local business Carrie's the ink cartridge but HP had the cartridge, shipped it to arrive within days, and had an easy to use website to place the order.

Ink cartridge availability
If I can't find ink for my printer, I will be forced to upgrade to another printer with unknown pro's or con's. I just don't want any more headaches.

Cartridges from HP wowrk well
Your cartridges always work well. I wish you had had the color cartridge (78) because I prefer to buy from you than from other vendors. I had to get the color cartridge from another vendor and our tech had to do something to make it work properly.

Works Extremely Well For Me
I'm so glad HP still sells this model ink for my older model 270 HP printer. No wireless, but it's still working after 21 years. This ink is fast drying & there is no lag time for it to"dry" like some of the newer ink jets have. Never any smudges or clumping with this ink. I wish HP sent the recycling bags out like they used to last year, so I can properly dispose of my used cartridges.

HP 45/78 Ink Streaking during occasional use
Both HP 45 and HP 78 ink tend to dry out very fast in an unused printer. Within two or three days without printing a page, the cartridges fade and streak upon use. I have had to clean the ink cartridges through the print service tab function to get it flowing again. This issue needs to be addressed by the HP design engineers to ensure adequate ink jet saturation under intermittent use.

Ink Cartridge for an HP war horse
I'm still using the first printer (HP Deskjet 722C) I purchased. It's a war horse that has assisted with years of teaching, union negotiations, Statewide committee work, and volumes of files. When the local stores stopped stocking the in cartridges I stocked up on as many as I could find. Then the last one went dry. I didn't want to have to purchase a new printer. Fortunately, I discovered that HP still stocked ink cartridges. Within two days I was back in business. OK, my printer's not an AIO, and I have to hold onto an older computer to operate it, but it does an excellent job. Only thing better would be an updated driver for my new computer.

Ink to the rescue
Thank God you're still selling the ink for my old printer (1993) best printer and great ink 1000 pages per black cartridge. I couldn't be happier it's still available. They don't make printers like that anymore.
