Unhappy with Product.
Unfortunately, the HP Chromebook -14a-na001nr had to be returned. The camera and video feature was so bad it was unusable for zoom. Before returning it, I did try tech support to correct the issue without success. My 5 year old HP Chromebook was far better than the 3 newer HP Chromebook's I recently tried. After 3 failed attempts to replace my older chromebook with a decent current HP Chromebook, I decided to try a different brand and not HP for Chromebook.

I got this as a gift for my mom. Who has been through many different ones so far it has held up.

DO NOT BUY. Bought one last April and crashed after a month. Took it back and got another one in June to have it crashed 5 months later. The operating system does not last! I have always believed in HP and have had a few laptops but after spending 2 hours on the phone and told I guess you need to buy a USB drive and have a laptop computer is the only way we might be able to fix. Really!

Awesome, this is my backup laptop but would capable enough I would make my main laptop if need be, 14" screen whereas others are 11", own several HP products and have never used added service protection.
Overall this is an excellent product especially for the price, plus you're getting a 14" screen whereas other Chromebooks are 11". This is my backup laptop, the white is awesome, and I would use this as my main laptop if need be. HP has been my go to for a while, no service or virus issues. With DELL I was having to call tech once a week. I always buy the added service protection but I have never had to use it and I own several HP products.

Hate everything about this lapto
The only thing I can say about this laptop is it has a backlit keyboard. Otherwise, biggest piece of crap I?ve ever tried to use. Do not buy a Chromebook if you are needing a serious laptop for writing papers and such for school.

Very Nice Overall Least expensive Backlit keyboard
This is the least expensive Laptop with a Backlit Keyboard. That being said it has 32 gb HD which is better than the entry level 16gb but don't spend it all in one place. Some people don't like the screen but for the price of hamburger. One reg USB only and 2 type C, Id rather 2 reg and 1 c but that s me. Overall very good , recommended for the price. I wish it had a camera sliding door or button to turn off but you cant have everything. Superb.

Horrible product
It frustrates me that every school I've been to keeps buying HP Google Chromebook and they suck because in certain apps when I go touch the screen it won't work when other apps will work which is very frustrating and in general I don't even like HP products I'm only using it because is the only option the school has four computers but it was my choice I rather use Apple MacBook computers because I like them and they're more easier for me to understand I don't have to deal with a touch screen that sometimes doesn't work depending on if the app with design for a touch screen computer I would only recommend this laptop \ computer two people that I absolutely hate that way they can have a frustrating time trying to figure out this computer and I think the main reason why this computer sucks it's because the school sucks a lot of websites they even block websites that are not even inappropriate at all which is making his computer more frustrating and having a horrible time

Perfect size (14 inch) and Battery Life.
I had a Chromebook when they first came out. If you haven't looked at a Chromebook lately, you are in for a surprise. Chromebooks now run (beta version) Linux apps opening a whole new world of free software. This computer runs them effortlessly. The sound quality on the Chromebook is great, and the large touchpad is a joy to use. The computer feels solidly built and the keyboard is excellent. The only issue I have is the camera resolution in Zoom is only okay. Nine hours of battery life means I go two days before a recharge. And check out Chrome remote desktop. I connect to my desktop for simple games like Microsoft solitaire and it works fine ( video is slow so no action games).

This was a computer for my grandchild needed for hybrid studies..The 1st computer had an issue so needed to replace it ASAP. The way Luis from HP helped just amazing caring and with quickest service amazing.That?s what keeps big business in business definitely recommend Mickey

Great school computer.
This Chrombook is very smooth and has worked great for general Middle to High School work. We use it daily for about 80% of the school work for our 9th grader.

poor quality
I can not get this Chromebook to work. My modem is 7 feet away from the Chromebook and it will not catch on to my internet. It was a poor buy, I will not do it again.
