Great computer for work and personal use

This is a lightweight, small laptop that is easy to cart around, is quick to start up and supports multi-tasking. I wish it had an additional USB port- just because I frequently attach many other devices, but the bluetooth option for easy connection of mouse and headphones is nice to have.

Pleasant to use, and useful security features

Nice trackpad. No need for mouse. Responsive keyboard which is pleasant to use. Security features which are welcome in a work machine.

Lousy service

purchased Nov 26th paid for 2 to 3 day shipping. recieved an e-mail saying order completely shipped on Nov 27. and it showed 2 to 3 day shipping, waited until thNov 30th and called that nite because nothing came and Fedex site said nothing shipped, with no communication from HP. called customer service they said they would look into it and send the compliant to the correct department for resolution and I should wait for 5 days because shipping was 3 to 5 days even thought I told him the email said 2 to 3 day shipping. I waited, nothing came and called HP back on Dec 6. talked to a woman rep and she said how sorry they were and to wait for 24 to 48 hours to get a response from HP. she was sending this issue with high priority to the correct department. never heard back from them at all. Zero communication from HP. On Dec 9th called one more timea nd this time was connected to a Supervisor named Amy and she said they would ship another Laptop out in 3 to 5 business days for sure. so much for 2 to 3 day shipping I paid for. the Laptop finally arrived on yesterday Dec 15. this is unacceptable to have to waste my time for the purchase of a Laptop, Call 3 times and wait on the line to speak to a live person only to get the runaround. I thought HP was better than this. I guess i was wrong. gonna rethink about purchasing HP products now.
