I've had the Envy for just a couple of weeks but I'm really enjoying it. The 15.6" screen is great compared to those 14" ones. The feel of the keyboard is very good, nice touch and natural feeling. Speed has been very fast. Battery life is great. Weight is great. I have no complaints and highly recommend it.

The day I recieved it I tried to set it up but it kept sending me back to the starting point. I final call teck support and they tried three times but the same thing happened with them. He said lets just retutn it. Very unhappy with it.

If my laptop were complete and usable for my needs I would leave a better review. But after 4 phone calls I still can't use my laptop the y way I would like and for what I paid. Not happy at all.

I am a senior and this is my 3rd hp laptop(also have had 2 desktops in past). I find hp dependable, that is why I have only purchased hp for the past 40 years after issues with another brand. The only issue I currently am having is learning new navigation of windows 11 and the keyboard is not what I am use to.

First you screwed up my shipping and reversed it because I chose PayPal and then the entire order was delayed and that hurt my brother's performance in his college program that he needed the computer in time for. Then he finally gets the machine and it BREAKS after 5 days of use and you won't even start shipping the new one until you receive the old one?! No wonder everyone uses Amazon and Walmart instead of buying straight from the manufacturer. Your supply chain, customer service and policies are terrible and 30 years old. I will NEVER be buying HP again!

Great portable laptop. I like the 2 in 1 feature of being able to use it like a tablet, although it is much bigger than a typical tablet.

Look out! Grandma has a new internet machine and is traveling through those world web pipes at the speed of light! Love everything about my new HP machine. Had to give up my old HP because the family complained the grinding squeaky noise from inside its guts could be heard throughout the room. After a year of that, I consented to get a new machine even though my old friend was still working as usual.

Happy with the ENVY x360, it's a great all around machine. Thin, great display, and the keyboard is very easy to use. Not having the numbers pad makes the keyboard centered, which I like much more than off to the left. To me it was the perfect machine, not so low cost as to be bulky and slow with a poor resolution, but not so expensive I felt like I wasted money on a machine I use just at home for bills, email, etc. I used to buy higher end laptops so it was difficult for me to choose from a lower priced group, I tried 2 that were a bit cheaper but they were (to me) thick slow and fuzzy. This on hits all the buttons but is still very affordable. HP live chat was extremely helpful in helping me find the right machine, at the right price, and made sure I got my military discount as well.

I picked this laptop for college and it has been great so far. Only a few problems here and there. If I use it when it is below 50% it dies really fast, but if I use it starting above 50% it holds a charge for a long time. Seems to be reliable, and has some great functions. I would recommend this product to others.

The computer is nice. I came back to HP from another brand because I favor HP laptops. However, I would have preferred the larger keyboard with a calculator on the right, but extra memory was not available on that model. Also would have liked more USB ports, and another oval ( sorry not sure what the class is on it!) port, since the battery charger uses this up. But the laptop is fine, and I will probably always come back to HP!

So far I really like this computer - but there are a few things that bother me - one is the touch pad is overly sensitive - it wants to be overly intuitive - sometimes moving faster than I want so I get results of queries whizzing by faster than I can read them. Love the pen - still learning on how to use it to my advantage in One note-

Have been buying HP Envy for the past seven years or so. I own several of them, keep one at home and one at work. I've always been extremely satisfied with it's quality and reasonable pricing. Bought this one to upgrade the one I have at work. The one at work still performs great after about five years, but saw this awesome deal and figured it was time to upgrade. HP also has great customer support.

very good so far, BUT I can hardly hear anything coming out of speaker. And when you flip it to easel shape, you really can't hear anything. Disappointed that i have to use supplement speaker to get any audio at all.

I decided to go with an HP after owning 2 Dell computers. I have always had HP printers and every one was a champ lasting at least 10 years. So far after a couple weeks I am totally satisfied. The screen is beautiful, unit seems to be working great too. I took the plunge and got the windows 365 for it. It has a 15.5" touch screen which I enjoy for sitting in the chair or in bed. It also folds back like a tablet which i am really enjoying too. So far I would totally recommend this computer.

Very nice laptop with crisp clear graphics display, great sound, and responsive keyboard. The only thing keeping this from a 5th star is the propensity to occasionally get pretty hot and the touchpad sensitivity being a little hard to get adjusted just right. Otherwise this is probably a 4.5 star to be honest - great machine!

Also light pen had to be purchased separately which is included with some pcs. I consider the pen a must for a college bound student,,

Switching from a Mac has its inherent difficulties, but the Envy has been relatively easy to adapt to. I like the touch screen; it gives my arthritic fingers a break from repetitive motion, and is a pleasure to use. This is for home use, for research and prose writing, for email, and zoom, etc.
