Works Well. Don't like the screen angle
I hate upgrading to new Operating System so Windows 11 is a drag at this point. Computer seems to work well but I don't like to angle. Hard to make out screen even with my readers. Didn't have this issue with my previous HP Desktop which is 10 years old. I haven't tested the video camera yet.

Not today.
The computer is nice enough. But the problem is HP support is a pathetic joke. You can spend endless hours getting shuffled back-and-forth trying to solve a very simple problem. Then there's a possibility of being put on hold for half an hour while you wait for help. Sometimes help barely speaks English. My suggestion would be skip HP and go to the Apple Store.

Spoke to HP about ordering a new pc because my old one died. Sales women recommended the AOI. Sounded good ordered it, went on line to read all the specs and realized it wouldn't fit on my computer desk. My bad. Called to cancel and ordered a tower. Was told I couldn't cancel but could return it for a full refund. My tower came in three days. A few days later the AIO came, I met the delivery at the door, told him the order was canceled, signed some eforms and I thought that was it. Almost a month later the AIO was delivered again! I had to take it to UPS with the return label for a return receipt. Finally got my returm credit. Should have been so easy, why couldn't the original AIO order be canceled less than 24hrs after the first order, it was not a custom config. But i'm happy with the tower but not happy that it could not come with an optical drive or an sd card reader. Good that they are still availabe on line for old people used to old tech.

This is the best HP can do?
Firstly, it took over 6 weeks from order to delivery. What? In 2025? This caused all kinds of problems for me. Installation was very difficult. It was done by a professional, not me. She had to return more than once to get things right.

Too many pop-ups
Since I converted to my new HP desktop (from a Dell system) I am receiving way too many pop-ups. a very unsatisfactory experience. Sign-in and sign-out is fast and efficient.

HP All in One
This is the second HP all in one I have owned. So far we really like the speed and ease of use in our new one. Our old one was 8 years old and it was always a great pc but like all pc's with age, they just dont run very fast.

Disappointed.
I ordered this product on line on September 2, 2025 and never received. It was returned to you warehouse unbeknownst to me on September 26, 2025. There was sometype of mix up on HPs end. Very disappointed. I submitted a more detailed review previously, to date no response.

Downsized to 23.8inch All in One 24-cr0029 PC
I am getting used to this model! I still try to touch screen as I was used to doing this before. Doesn't do anything now. lol But it is a good system a little slower that was I wanted but good so far.

It Just Doesn't Get Any Better

HP after sales service, disappointing
Experienced a problem about a week after setting up the computer. No body to speak to in the United States. All calls are routed to India. They sent me a new motherboard and initiated a warranty in home technician to diagnose the problem. So far I have spent 10 days in a row trying to find out who would come and when. The on line HP site gave a date, but not what company would be coming. Of course no one showed up on the date. Every day I have to speak to India and get the same response that they will take care of everything. They say they will call me back, but they never do. And nothing ever happens. Extremely frustrating. This sure isn't the old HP that I was used to.

scrambled
The computer did a transfer of data and preferences from one computer to the another using one drive. A lot of things got very scrambled. None of my apps work. Data is missing. Been 3 weeks and still cannot use. No help from hp.

Great desktop for personal use
I enjoy using it. The set up was easy and intuitive. Use is mainly for personal tasks with a preference to store documents and photos on hard drive rather than all the cloud features and "forced" subscriptions from Microsoft. Therefore my only wish for improvement would be more storage space/local memory.
I am very happy and satisfied with this purchase and would recommend HP products.

HP Software Warranty Issue
The HP All in One is a very good computer. It is the first computer. I have purchased since 2011. When it arrived, I called HP and got very good assistance setting up the computer. I signed up for a 3-year warranty on the computer. I thought the warranty would cover everything, but it does not.
It came with McAfee which I did not want. Shortly after the installation, I called HP and asked with assistance to shut off McAfee. I intended to use only Microsoft Defender. I was very upset when I was told that I would be charged a fee for this assistance because I did NOT purchase a software warranty. I was somewhat outraged. As I said, I had just set up the computer. I am now totally displeased with HP's attitude requiring me to buy a software warranty and their refusal to help remove software Ai did not want. I expressed my displease to no avail. I finally just hung up the phone and just hope I do not have any reason to call HP again.

State of the art computer!
This computer was easy to setup and it's so much faster than the one I had. I'm still getting information transferred from my old computer. Photos from your phone transfer extremely easily.

Awesome Computer, Odd Stand
I'm very happy with my new All in One Desktop. The monitor picture quality is amazing. It's faster than my older Dell and has more storage capacity. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the stand. Yes it's super functional and easy to raise, lower, tilt. But what's with the 'felt like' material glued on the top surface of the stand base? (Seems like that should be glued to the bottom of the stand so one can slide their computer on its stand on their desk when cleaning their desk surface.) But, it's glued on the top surface and thus not a surface that can be wiped clean. Impractical when dust accumulates on all furniture surfaces, including computers, and if I want to clean that spot, I have to hand vac it? Why isn't it a smooth, non fabric material? Odd.

Terrible Customer Service - do not buy HP
Long time loyal HP customer here, shocked to be writing this review for an order I placed on June 30th. The PC arrived damaged with a line on the screen. Damaged PC was returned and received by HP but to this date August 14th, come to find out this product is discontinued! Wasted a lot of time trying to resolve this with HP. Money I paid hasn't been refunded and order is in limbo after 6 weeks of waiting :( Customer service reps made promises like "will keep an eye on this to track resolution", "ticket has been opened to expedite".. nothing to this day has been resolved. Surely, HP you can do better than this!

Disappointed and frustrated
Terrible experience so far. Was so excited to receive computer and it was defective once I hooked it up. Customer service rep said it was an internal problem and I needed to send back. They said they would send a replacement right away. Nope. It's been over 3 weeks and nothing. Multiple chats with customer service and I learned today - because I reached out - that the computer I bought is out of stock. Now I have to dispute the charges I guess. So so frustrating and disappointing!!!

Came broken. Mailed it back. A week later had to fight the customer service robot just to be told it's out of stock indefinitely. Still no computer. No refund. No replacement. No information. Unacceptable.

Nice All in One
PC itself is pretty nice. Takes minimal space on the table and works fast. Very practical size of the screen and display quality is good. The only negative is length of time it took to get. HP delayed order twice and shipment took another 10 days. This is not great and if you are in a pinch and can not wait, try something else.

All in One Desktop PC
I really like the All in One, as it was so easy to set up. Just plug it in and go. No bulky pc case to find room for, no wires to plug in various ports (I use a wireless keyboard and mouse.) The hard drive, camera, microphone are all contained within the monitor. It works great!

Happy EX-Laptop user.
I had been using a Laptop for work and also have a Laptop for Personal use. Was very happy with my personal laptop but it was over 7 years old and needed to upgrade. When trying to make the purchase from a another seller and telling them what I wanted, they started to try and get me into a ALLINONE that they thought would work. I wasn't happy with the recommendations or the length of time for delivery so i cancelled and read the reviews online for the HP ALLINONE. I was lucky to find what i was looking for on sale at HP and saved about $300 over the one i was going to get from a different seller. I also had a more powerful computer with more memory and a larger hard drive. I've had it now for a couple of weeks and just Love it.

Good computer with an awkward positioning of the usb slots.
Computer works well. I use it for web browsing, working on music files. Some wordprocessing. Watching movies, sport.
One point of improvement: usb slots should be on the side and not in the back. I switch flash drives, cd player, record player quite a bit and having to turn the computer around on e regular basis is a hassle.
One complaint: the presence of McAfee. Within one day of having the computer I was bombarded with messages that my computer and my life were under threat. Not good. I had someone to uninstall it for me.
Otherwise a good computer for my use.

Great deal!
I really love my all-in-one HP computer. I love to size, the touch screen, and all the space I am saving not having a tower. I also purchased MS Office and an external DVD player, and it came with a cordless mouse and keyboard. It has been great for typing, watching movies and surfing the web. So happy I bought it.
