Great All in One PC for a great price. I wish that the screen stand would go up & down to adjust to a persons height, and I wish it came with a wireless keyboard & wireless mouse (as I had to buy those separately). I'm trying to sell the wired ones, but no luck so far.

"Power on" is erratic. Sometimes the power light fluctuates after pressing the "power on" button. It then requires unplug/replug to power up. Sometimes upon power up I have up to 5 minutes of "jumping cursor" before it settles down to normal. Are these nuisances remediable? My old Dell doesn't do these behaviors.

I am happy with my new HP computer. My old computer, a Dell, was a bit outdated. I decided to buy an HP because I have used HP printers in the past and they have proven very reliable; why not buy an HP computer. I am very pleased with my decision. The computer was very easy to set up, has a great opening screen, and is easy to navigate. I am very happy! Go out and buy one; you won't regret it.

All facets of my experience with HP from shopping at the HP online store to setup and use have gone very well. This is my first HP. I selected HP because they offer a combination of CPU and RAM in an all-in-one without a touch screen, which I did not want.

We purchased our all in one that was to come with prepaid Microsoft office personal edition installed. We got only the two week trial and no activation code for what we paid for. I tried the automated tech support but had no luck or could find no help. What can we do? We are not satisfied.

I have been an HP customer for decades. I have especially used HP printers exclusively. Recently I had need to replace a Lenovo laptop. The customer service at Lenovo left a lot to be desired. Decided to purchase an HP desktop instead. I directly contacted HP Sales. It was a pleasant experience through the entire process. In my opinion, HP sales and service is a cut above those who claim to be a cut above. No hesitation in using them for my hardware needs again.

This computer was advertised to have 3 months of Game Pass, but did not come with it. I called support and they said that my particular model was shipped without it despite it being advertised. They offered no apology and no remedy for the situation and hung up on me after an hour and a half on the phone. The whole reason I bought the computer from this site and not at a retailer was for the 3 month Game Pass. My last HP lasted me 10 years and so I planned on being a lifetime HP consumer but after this disastrous customer service experience I'll never buy another one of their products ever again!

Everything is satisfactory. Not a lot of "bloatware," but I did uninstall a couple of things. Seems fast enough for my purpose. I'm not a gamer, so I can't say about that, but otherwise, it's fast enough for me.

This HP All in One is very responsive and the Microsoft CoPilot is amazing. I can now take full advantage of Microsoft Office.
