I Love My New HP Laptop
I really enjoy my new HP laptop, which does not use a hard drive for storage.
Without the hard drive the computer is usable immediately without having to wait for the OS to load.
The screen images bright, clear, and sharp.
I am very pleased with my new HP laptop.

Bad laptop
i regret buying this laptop...fan is noisy and my intel h10 stop working, i contacted hp but it was unfruitful.

Excellent Laptop, but......
This laptop has been great. The set up was easy with walk through instructions, and it has performed as expected. I really like the vibrant screen and ease of use. It turns on as soon as I open the lid. Sound is much better than most laptops, as the speakers run across the top of the keyboard....very nice. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because there is a cooling fan inside that whines and is quite loud: so much so that when operating, someone close will ask me what the sound is. Kind of annoying, but one does get used to it.

Not worth the trouble.
I bought this laptop at the beginning of Dec. 2020 and it lasted about a month before it started making a horrible grinding noise from the fan. I've only used to play wow and the sims and I have a cooling laptop fan so it's not overheating. I contacted HP to have it serviced and to fix the issue. Sent the laptop in, it was gone for about a month and then when I finally received it back they hadn't even fixed the issue. They literally updated the bios which I had already done and that was all. I will never purchase another HP laptop based on the hardware issues they seem to have.

Horrible purchase
I bought this printer for Christmas and it?s horrible. Doesn?t work half of the time and there?s always an issue trying to keep it on network to use. I wish that I could get a refund because it was a waste of money.

Nice laptop with one disappointment
I bought a similar model HP laptop last year and liked it so I bought this one. To my disappointment, the keyboard is not lighted making it hard to use under low light instances which are frequent for me. If I thought it didn?t have a lighted keyboard, I wouldn?t have bought it.

Good battery and sound system, but the touchpad...
Satisfied with battery life, great sound, accessibility and features. But the touchpad is worse than what I had ten years ago with Toshiba Satellite - cursor darts about, hard to make a consistent click, copy/paste is a hassle, etc. etc. Also the headphone jack failed within weeks

Disclaimer: I upgraded from a 7 year old laptop so I may be easily impressed.
Build quality seems fine to me. I obviously wouldn't play a game of Olympic Curling with it but it is sturdy enough where I have no issue carrying it around with me. The keyboard buttons are like little pillows. I'm not a writer but I'm thinking about writing a book just so I can type on this. And the display is just awesome..
I won't go over the specs because they are listed..but this thing is so much faster than my old computer I may be predicting the future with it. At the listed price I would declare this a very good midrange laptop and I would buy it again.

Extremely poor quality
While the specs of the internal components make it sound like this will be a good computer it?s really not. The hinge system is a little questionable and the amount of flex in this thing is scary. The screen flexes so bad I think it?s going to break opening and closing the lap top. Push with light pressure around the track pad and the whole body of the computer bends. Even plastic bargain laptops feel sturdier than this thing. This computer is also extremely loud, the fans spin up to full speed even under the lightest work loads(email & word processing). I?ve had it for 6 hours and I?m taking it back. Stay away from this computer.
