Highly recommend
Very fast laptop. Very convenient to be able to sign in with face recognition, fingerprint, or PIN. My existing Microsoft account integrated very nicely with Windows 11. Very pleased.

Not for Business
Had this product 3 days and it completely died at a client's office. Per HP's instructions, I took it to Best Buy and they determined there was no fixing it.

Great laptop except for the lack of buttons for the trackpad
Great laptop except for the lack of buttons for the trackpad. This has to be the most vivid displaty colours I have ever seen. It is nice to have a usb power jack. The hard drive and computer processor have the capacity and power I need for all my tasks. Having to click on a trackpad with no buttons is difficult for people with essential tremor: when you lcick the mouse jumps so you end up clicking the wrong thing.

Think Twice Before You Buy!
I switched from a Dell to this HP; Dell was 7 years old and the processor speed was slow. I thought I was upgrading to a better machine; unfortunately that doesn't seem to be the case. My primary use is for income tax preparation and the new HP doesn't run the software any better than the old Dell. Big disappointment.

Laptop with a difference
This computer works very stable and efficiently. I had been using several other HP business model laptops with all kinds of crashing issues while conducting my remote training classes. Reluctantly I decided to use this model after returning the others. Thus far, no crashing and smooth performance. The price is the best bang for your buck.

This is a machine!! Just love this. My old HP computer of about 15 years got plenty of use but with age ready to die. This is is one super fast computer with plenty of storage and memory. Highly recommend the upgrade to Elitebook.

Working laptop
I am not an IT person so I apologize ahead of time for my layman's terminology. This is, so far, an excellent quality laptop. I like the large screen and the fact that the keyboard has a number pad. Easy to turn off the touchpad and it doesn't randomly turn back on like on my older Elitebook. If you do lots of work with MS applications, the internet, or on Canva, this is the laptop for you. Much more durable than $400-600 laptops. Recommended by an IT person for heavy duty use.

False advertised warranty claim
Purchased HP EliteBook 860 16 inch G10 Notebook. The HP website that I shopped claimed a 3 year warranty. However after I received my laptop and registered the serial number, I only received a 1 year warranty. What gives?

Not a bad notebook but has one significant flaw.
Beware of awkward keyboard / trackpad arrangement. The keyboard is offset to the left from the trackpad making this difficult to use if you actually type properly.

Outdated drivers so no internet connection
I would give 5 stars except my laptop arrived and would not recognize the internet because the drivers were outdated. Took me awhile to research how to update drivers with no access to the internet. I would expect for the price I paid, the laptop could come ready to go.
