Poor DVD panel design

The computer performs very well, except for the DVD. Initially it would not open. After multiple messages, a replacement front plate was supplied. It works but is the wrong one. The opens for the LED light is in the wrong place. The switch that can be actuated to open the drive is not capable of being engaged by the replacement plate. As a retired HP manager, I am discouraged by this shoddy engineering and customer support.

Machine died within a month and poor support

Machine died after a week or two of use and when i contacted customer support they were unhelpful in replacing the unit.

Extremely Dissappointed

I purchased 2 for my office and these are by far the slowest computers I have (out of 26 total work stations) I have 16 MB RAM but the HDD is constantly running at 100% there is something not correct with the factory setup that is causing all of these issues.
