I used Surface after using that it looks like I am being downgraded. Some of the features do not work. Like sidebar does not show when booking a flight or selecting a calendar. Sometimes Wifi does not correct I need to restart it to work.

Very good hardware - overload of forced software

Good overall quality and I am pleased with the sound, especially playing video recording of classical music. I d not like the many distracting features of entertainment and specifically the games which Windows 11 seems to force to the implemented software program.

I hate HP

I bought my laptop on black friday, confirmed with HP sales that it was not going to go on further sale. Laptop went on sale cyber monday, contacted HP and they refused to honour the new sales price. The promised 2 day express shipping took 7 days to arrive. This will definitely be my last HP purchase. The customer support staff awful to deal with and not knowledgeable about the products

My Review HP 15 Laptop PC

I am completely satisfied with my new laptop. I have only been using it for a couple of days now, so my review is only based on that amount of time I've had to use it. One thing I would change is to have a privacy lens cover for the camera. I thought this computer had it, but it does not.

Mouse without usb inside it

I have purchased the laptop with a mouse but when I opened the mouse to put the battery in, there was no usb connector inside the mouse. I called to the technic support and described my situation. I was told that they would send me another mouse. One week later not receiving any mail I called again to the technich support. That time I was told that I should ask to sales department. Okay, I call to sales department. I was asking the same questions. Like nobody wanded to solve my problem. I was treated like I was escaped from the forest and never saw the laptop or mouse. I was asked questions like are you sure it was no usb connector in it? Of course I am surre, I have seen mouses before! This time I was told that they cannot send me another mouse because that mouse was together with laptop and to receive a new mouse I suppose to send back the laptop and mouse and they will send me a new laptop with another mouse. Are you kidding? Every time I am calling, I am receiving anouther answers to the same question!!!!!!
