Was looking for a new computer, haven't bought a new one in the last 6 years. I built my own the last time but since GPUs have become so expensive, decided to go with this prebuild. It's a pretty model, not too big, and very quiet. Haven't had any problems playing relatively intense games and it benchmarked very well.

I've had this pc for 3 weeks now. It's really fast and no lag time at all. I upgraded to a NVDIA RTX 3070. These are hard to get these days and it was nice to see it available on this pc.

hate the heatsink it looks cheap and does not use amd mounting so will have to buy a better heatsink and hope it fits.Needs more fans had to add more fans

I got this a little while ago and I'm very happy with it. It's well built and a very powerful PC. I looked into building my own PC thinking it would be cheaper, but this build gave me more power than I could have purchased separately, and all of the work was done for me. I highly recommend this product!

Got this for streaming, has been amazing! It can handle both of my monitors, running obs/tabs on one and high quality games on the other. Has very cool lights, you can change the colors of the lights, the speed, which areas of the pc you want lit up. What I added in my first month is another ram because 8 wasn’t enough, and later on I’ll replace with two 16’s but this is fine for now! I also added 1 more overhead fan just in case, since I do stream for over 7 hours a day. All connections and wires were good upon arrival, no dings, no scratches, and cable organization was good. I had enough USB ports and other ports for my mic, my headset, my camera, my two monitors, and whatever else I can’t think of at the moment.

I bought this pc about a month ago I’m an avid gamer. I game maybe 4-5 hours a day nothing crazy like that but today February 24th, 2021 my pc turned off by itself. My pc has adequate space around it, it’s in an open area, and it’s been working completely fine until today. I don’t put a lot of strain on my pc I play Destiny 2 not a graphic intense game. I looked up online what’s would cause this and too results are overheating or driver issues. I installed a cooler system in my pc for this exact reassign and for what. I’ve let it cool down for an 30mins to an hour and the same thing it shuts down. I’m completely upset with my purchase this was an early Bday gift to myself and it didn’t even make it more than a month. Very upset seriously man like come on.

I purchased this to upgrade from my old i5 Pavilion laptop, it's such a night and day difference in performance that I am utterly blown away. I'm really not that much of a gamer, but the few I do play have seen very significant improvements. Currently I play Rocket League pretty frequently. Went from ~30fps at the lowest settings to maxing out the allowed fps (250fps) in game with any or all features enabled. Games aside, everything about this computer is fast. From rendering complex web pages to even just booting up. I have had some minor issues with USB ports not waking up with the rest of the computer coming out of sleep mode and I am a bit annoyed that HP uses a proprietary motherboard that does not allow for any kind of adjustments in the BIOS, including setting clock speeds for aftermarket RAM upgrades. The good: Ryzen 3600 + NVMe M.2 SSD + Radeon RX5700XT is crazy fast Incredible value vs building your own The bad: RAM RGB does it's own thing and doesn't match the rest of the rig's lighting Issues with waking up The ugly: Locked BIOS on proprietary mobo Can't use non-HP RAM upgrades at rated speeds without 3rd party software

Works well. Not many PCIe expansion slots for such a high end computer. Cannot control fan speed very well so GPU will run hot.

I purchased under 30 days ago and so far love the system, set up and value. I was able to upgrade the ram at home with similar stock and the 3070 card is a wonder so far. There is a bit of bloat ware but not horrible and overall performance for everyday tasks is amazing but I definitely haven't put the system to its paces yet with gaming.

The unit was made on time and perfectly to spec. I was concerned that because some People think of this as a gaming machine and I was worried it would look flashy with all the lights. I keep the lights at the factory setting and they look fine. The unit looks dignified. I purchased a better keyboard but I knew I would have to do that before I purchased the unit. I added a few more goodies than I needed just in case I got the old urge to play a computer game.

I replaced an 8 year old computer that had an i7-3700 processor. This computer with a SSD boot drive and a Ryzen 7 processor is super fast. A couple of things that could be better is more ram slots and maybe a second nvme card connection. Still, an excellent computer.
