So disappointed

I purchased this and specifically indicated that I wanted to attach two additional monitors to this computer. I also requested a hub that would allow me to attach a couple external hard drives and additional devices. The computer was not able to support additional monitors and the USB ports were not compatible with the hub that was sent. I suggest that the buyer beware of the technical people you deal with. This particular person either lied to me or was completely incompetent. I am returning all of the items. Get this?they want to charge me a 15% restocking charge for a mistake that HP is responsible for. I have been an HP customer for many years. No I am rethinking this loyalty.

Unrepairable product with initial great potential

Computer on/off switch broke 3months 2days after purchase. After 2.5 hours on phone troubleshooting, no resolution. Prior owner of 4 HP pc's & 2 printers. This purchase BIG frustration. Didn't purchase service contract with big box store so only warranty is with HP. Waiting on reply from HP. U

Beware of bundled software

Computer itself is OK. USB port at side is best feature. Prefer old keyboard. . Win11 absolutely sucks. Bundled software is a trap difficult to bypass or overcome, requiring days to set up.

Great innovation.

Computer fits well

It's a great computer however, I did not realize it did not have a DVD player so I had to go out and purchase one separately. My last computer had one and thought this one did as well. Guess it's one of those things I should have reconfirmed. But otherwise, it's a great computer and fits perfectly on my desktop.

The new HP All in One desktop computer was perfect. It was really well packed, so no damage. Shipping was great, easy to connect. No issues at all swapping in the wireless keyboard and mouse I'd ordered. Was also able to make a wireless connection to my current Canon printer.

HP 24" AIO For The Win!

This is a delightful little all in one! I love the overall look and feel as well as the ability to hide the camera when not in use. The combination of ample memory and Intel Inside (both processor and graphics) make this a wonderful, compact, concise, and powerful system. The only downside is I am not a big fan of the stand. It does not give the feel of a strong, robust stand that is holding my valuable computer. When in hand, it is good enough, but I would still prefer a stand that inspires high confidence. The stand aside, the computer is great! Does everything I need and more. Spring for the extra memory and performance Intel i7 CPU!

Poor company that's censors comments. 2nd attempt.

When computer comes back from sleep mode it doesn't connect to the internet a lot of times and has to be done manually. Screen cracks if base of computer is bumped and with a small crack computer will not function because of touch screen.
