Like New Again
After 6 years and a lot of printing the colors and the sharpies was getting really bad. After replacing the printhead it was like new agian

Product good, documentation poor.
Instillation process was straight forward. Documentation was poor. I used a Youtube video for guidance.

Works great with quality results.
the printhead replacement kit installed and worked perfectly the first time. Instructions on printer display guided me through the entire process. The only reason why it is a four star and not a five star is because the ink & printhead is expensive.

Simple, quick replacement
Easy to change out the existing Printhead with the new one. I had to read the instructions a couple of times before starting to change it out. But once I started to replace it, it was very easy.

Exploitation
As a lifetime supporter/user of HP printers I am both disappointed and angered by your crass commercial exploitation in forcing product owners to purchase "installation ink cartridges" when simply replacing a printhead. Cannon here I come.

Renew you T120 in under 15 minutes.
Our HP T120 has heen a workhorse in our Office for over 5 years. When the print head ommunication messages begin to occur its time to invest in a fresh printhead. This will save you time and money as bthebnew printhead arrives with a fresh set of ink cartriges.

When the head is replaced, it prints like new
I've had my printer for 6 years and it works very well. However the printer head needs to be replaced every 2 years or so.
When the head is replaced, it prints like new.
My machine does not get a lot of use. I send out files to be printed for larger jobs.
I have been using HP plotters for over 30 years and have not had to replace heads like this in the past. I think they should last longer.

GREAT HP SERVICE
I've always used HP products and ink. Due to a leaking ink cartridge in my large format printer it was easier to replace the printerhead rather than try cleaning an old part. I do wonder about the cause of the ink lead in a brand new cartridge and will send it to HP for a determination. The website was difficult to manage and I had to call HP to arrange payment, other than that I am very, very satisfied with HP's products.

Best Replacement Option Out There
I checked several sources for a replacement printhead for my DesignJet, and not only was HP the best price, they also included all the replacement cartridges.

Factory parts work.
Fixed the Problem don't waste your time on cheapy parts like I did. They didn't fix the problem wasted weeks waiting for junk. Just buy the new part get it over with.

Printhead was easy to install
I am not at all tech savvy. The printhead arrived with clear printed instructions, and the instructions on the screen of my T120 were most helpful. This simplicity of use is why I have been a dedicated hp user for over 25 years.

Black printing had failed and the new printhead has the plotter working like new.
