The thin black 564 cartridges
I have an HP printer that uses both thin and thick 564 cartridges. I had hoped these were the thin ones since that are almost impossible to find.

Horrible and defective product!
The ink cartridge I bought was dried up and did not work in my HP printer.

Great but wrong.

So dependable during the pandemic when delivery was spotty. And no pesky messages on my monitor telling me the ink isn't genuine HP.

Much too complicated to find assistance with a pro
Although set up was easy, after only 2 months the printing of black became streaked. Could not find the tools section to clean heads. Tried googling for instructions. Finally after searching for a couple of hours, found a site where the cleaning was done thru wi fi. There were still streaks after 2 cleanings.After a few more cleanings it does not print black at all. Previous to this, I had a HP printer for years without major problem.

Good printer but no sleep mode
The only strife I have with this print is that there is no sleep mode when not in active use. There is a glowing blue light that stays on the whole time so we need to power down the printer and only power it up when actively in use. And the power switch is in a most inconvenient spot in the back of the printer. My prior HP printer had a sleep mode when not in use.

Purchased "Official" HP ink to be sure it worked..
Purchased HP official ink to be sure it would guarantee to work because I rely on my printer for my home business but it did not work. Cleaned the printer heads, went to HP website to be sure I wasn't doing anything wrong & even watched a YouTube video to try to resolve the problem.

wrong black ink
The website was very unclear. I wanted a small black photo inkjet and you sent me the xtra large that didn't fit.

Same size as XL, too big!
This is the same size as the XL so it doesn't fit in the smaller spot and without that, I can't print.
