Always good to use OEM parts. When will you have Printer cartdiges #10 back in stock? I do not like to use third party cartridges.

I usually go through about two of them a year. They always work and keep my HP 110 plus running. I don't use it every day and some times a month. I always keep an extra one handy should one get fouled up.

I purchased the magenta HP 11 ink cartridge to replace my Designjet 111 magenta cartridge that was out of ink. The printer printed the 2 sheets right away after starting back up, but then I could not print any more. I called tech support and was told HP no longer supports this model and was very rude. I am highly disappointed if this what HP chose to do. My printer is like brand new and hardly used. Not happy at all!

I love these printheads and they work great for me! I just won’t give 5 stars because they have a very short life. They might not have any issues with them, but the printer says the life is 0% and then they can’t run anymore.

It was easy to pop this in and resume printing immediately after the printhead was calibrated. The free overnight delivery helped keep the project on time, and the free eco-return was greatly appreciated.

Only problem, since installing the HP 11 black printhead my Designjet 110 Plus prints at least 2 or 3 copies of what looks like an alignment page every time before I print the first drawing when first turned on.

We have an HP DesignJet 500, that rarely gets used anymore, but works great for printing large scale assembly drawings for our warehouse assembly team. I'm unsure of the last time the print heads were replaced. I ordered a set of these to print out a bunch of new drawings. Everything worked great!

I buy these for my HP 110 Plus. They work great but they don’t last long. Probably because it goes for long inactive periods. They usually fail when I need them the most. However, I can get them overnight from your store. A few year ago I tried several Other sources but the things would not work. So I buy them from you direct. I pay more but the things seem to dated so I get fresh ones.

print heads work as they should. i placed them in the plotter and they calibrated correctly. i had purchased refilled generic ones that would not work at all. these are definitely worth the price. i purchased and replaced all the colors at the same time.

The product was defective. It had a 2013 date stamped on it, and when it was loaded into the printer, it only printed one page successfully. It then did not work any further. I ordered another new printhead from a different store and it now works fine. The date on my new printhead was stamped with 2014. I don't know, if they expire, but the one I ordered from your store was defective, hence, a waste of nearly $50.

Long ago I learned through others' hard experiences to use ONLY genuine hp ink and toner in my hp printers. I also learned that expiration dates for ink cartridges are not just somebody "whistling Dixie." When I order from hp, the price is competitive, shipping is often free, and the service (speed of shipment) is exemplary. I am sure I bought a yellow cart several months ago knowing it would be the next one needed. But, alas, I could not find it. With two print jobs in the printer's queue, the yellow cart went empty, and I needed help in a hurry. Local vendors, might or might not have the cart in stock, but the dates are always suspect. I ordered from hp, got FREE NEXT BUSINESS DAY shipping and my new cartridge was delivered at 8:00 am (yes, first thing in the morning!) the very next day. The cartridge itself was perfect, of course. As soon as the cart was in place, the printer spit out my two queued jobs and I was back in business. Very pleased!
