HP 940 inks are no longer easily found in office supply stores or online, so it's good to know that you can still find them at HP and wait a few days longer for them to arrive

It didn't work with my printer. It recognizes the cartridge but it didn't print anything.

I was without my printer for a couple of weeks sinceI couldn't even print black and white because the yellow was empty. The yellow was out at all the local stores and Amazon. Before that the printer was down because of one of the other inks were out. The ink goes down fast I haven't been printing much but all the inks keep going down fast. The printer is currently down now. I just bought an Epson printer, ink cheaper and larger tanks.The HP was a more expensive printer, but was down more than up. I will never buy another HP.

Bought new heads and cartridges at manual direction, $180, machine keeps printing test page after every page printed, wasting color ink. No support because of machine age.

It's yellow, I was out of yellow. Delivery was satisfactory although it used to be much faster. It works fine.

This cartridge arrived in three business days and shipping was free. The cost was comparable to what you would pay for a genuine OEM cartridge elsewhere. Also, the cartridge came in unopened OEM packaging with a good expiration date. I haven't put this cartridge in my printer yet; but my current yellow ink level is very low.

This is the only Ink that I purchase for my printer. My printer is 10 years old and continues to operate like the day that I bought it 10 years ago. I would’ve use any other ink period!!!

I got my ink cartridge quickly, safely packaged and delivered, and am able to print without exporting the work to the printer via thumbdrive or remote print command--and there's nothing like being able to have the product when and where I need it. The "return" envelope enclosed with the package was especially thoughtful in case there was a problem with the order. The whole issue was handled responsively, economically, and personally/professionally. I appreciate all of that!

I like being able to receive new ink overnight or with in a few days and usually don't have to pay shipping. The only problem that I have is that they are getting rid of ink for the printer that I own.

Overnight delivery free and better than scam ink deals on Amazon. Even on Amazon original HP ink can be dated or cooked in poor storage and damages print quality.

The 940XL cartridge is of good quality, but is so expensive that I am seriously considering buying cartridges elsewhere. For the amount of ink that you receive in these cartridges, if you don't print numerous items every day it would be advantageous to go with a laser printer. You waste more ink with all the head cleaning cycles.

HP ink always performs well. My biggest objection is the cost. Like most OEMs, HPs ink is expensive. I always wait for a sale to purchase my cartridges. Then the ink is a little more reasonable.
