I don't need this particular cartridge that often as it is for a second printer I have but when I do it is nice to get quickly and having the envelope to put recyle cartidges in is nice.

It's the wrong one and over 5 days ago a rep told me she'd be emailing me the return postage slip so I can return it. Still nothing. I need ink to work and need my refund to repurchase. I especially upset because I did it through my registered hp app to ensure I got the right Product. Perhaps I will still get communication. That would rectify and I'd change my review. But as of now it's impeding my job.

For a year or so, I have been buying commercial professionally-refilled HP 15 black ink cartridges. They are OK, but the quality of the prints was only so so. Finally, I gave up, and started to use HP original again. I am glad that I did.

Cartridge is fine. Sale order had my bill at approx. $55 but later shipping note said nearly $61. Shipping was included in original sale so why did it change? Haven't gotten my credit card bill yet to see which price comes through.

The problem is that I have an old printer that works well, but the ink costs have become exorbitant. Every time I buy the two cartridges it uses I pay more than I paid for the printer to begin with. Just doesn't seem right to junk the printer because the ink has gotten so ridiculously expensive. I may have to do it and will not get another HP just because of the price of ink.

It sucks being a slave to printer manufacturers for their costly ink (the most costly liquid in the world.) Having said that, when I do buy it, I like getting it directly from the manufacturer because I know I'm getting the real thing. This is the real thing and it is no more expensive than office supply stores.

I like the fact that this cartridge lasts much longer and provides a higher quality print. Much more cost efficient than off brands that are cheaper.

I purchased a black 15 original that I was not sure if it works on my old HP 840C, But it worked perfectly and it feels like a new printer. I highly recommend black ink 15 original.
