Waiting for my reimbursement for HP 94 which did not work on my printer!

The HP 94 was not usable on my machine. I requested a refund, but HP has not contacted since then. I would give no Star if this survey was set up for this. I am still waiting for a refund. Customer service by HP has been very deficient in my case. Essentially no reply. Under these circumstances, I can no longer buy ink from HP. A shame since I have two HP printers.

Too expensive. Hp should reduce their prices to compete with 3rd party inks. It saves us money because it is cheaper to throw out perfectly good printers than buy hp original ink

What everyone wants

I needed print cartriges immediately for my not-so-new HP Office All-in-one printer. After looking at several options for purchasing the two cartridges including in-store shopping, I came upon the HP website. I was out of town for a week and needed the cartriges delivered. Not only did HP have the cartridges, I received them the next day! What is extra rewarding about that is I was in a remote area, small town in Colorado. The cartriges were delivered during a snow storm too. Best service and supply everyone wants. Thank you.

The ink cartridge worked like it was supposed to. I was unable to purchase one at a department store so I was forced to order one online. Thanks for your products, but it would be nice to be able to save a little money on an ink cartridge.
