First wrong cartridge then defective color
After being sent the wrong cartridge for my printer, the replacement I received had poor color quality. I think it is deficient in red. It seems too difficult to return and refund and wait again. I guess I will have to go elsewhere for a new color printer cartridge. I was very disappointed.

HP sent wrong cartridge
submitted the model of my HP printer and was sent the wrong cartridge. I assumed ordering directly fromHP would be my best option.
I contacted them several times regarding the PPP error and never received a response .

Defective Cartridge- I am out of luck (and ink)
The cartridge i received was defective and wouldn't work in my printer despite it being identical to my old one. Customer service was worthless. I will be ditching this printer and getting one from a different manufacturer.

The cartridges
The color cartridge would not be accepted by my printer even though I used your numbers to fit my printer. I wasted my money on the color cartridge. The black one was ok.

Best ink, best printers
I have loved hp printers for 20yrs. I am still using a envy 120. I purchased a deskjet4100, because the envy no longer scans or copies.
I tried the insta ink, but found it hampered the printer. I don't print enough to use it. I hope I'm still able to purchase ink online.
I would recommend hp printers, but insta ink is not for me.

Always reliable
The printer cartridges ordered from the HP website always work, while those from big box stores aren't always recognized by my printer as genuine HP cartridges.

Website checkout not user-friendly to all.
I placed an order online. Checkout will not take a PO Box address, which is the ONLY way to receive anything not shipped by truck for homes or businesses in my rural mountain home so did not get my order and after a month finally they said , they are refunding my purchase price and now they send me this request to review the product. Not the type of customer service I would have expected from HP. About to purchase a new computer and printer, but they probably will not be HP products.
