Defective Cartridge- I am out of luck (and ink)
The cartridge i received was defective and wouldn't work in my printer despite it being identical to my old one. Customer service was worthless. I will be ditching this printer and getting one from a different manufacturer.

The cartridges
The color cartridge would not be accepted by my printer even though I used your numbers to fit my printer. I wasted my money on the color cartridge. The black one was ok.

I shake my head every time my HP 60 runs out of ink after only 40-50 'draft quality' copies. What a racket.

Best ink, best printers
I have loved hp printers for 20yrs. I am still using a envy 120. I purchased a deskjet4100, because the envy no longer scans or copies.
I tried the insta ink, but found it hampered the printer. I don't print enough to use it. I hope I'm still able to purchase ink online.
I would recommend hp printers, but insta ink is not for me.

Colour Ink for HP printer.
Excellent colour ink for my HP printer. Big price increases over the past 2 - 3 years, hence the 4 star review.

Always reliable
The printer cartridges ordered from the HP website always work, while those from big box stores aren't always recognized by my printer as genuine HP cartridges.

Website checkout not user-friendly to all.
I placed an order online. Checkout will not take a PO Box address, which is the ONLY way to receive anything not shipped by truck for homes or businesses in my rural mountain home so did not get my order and after a month finally they said , they are refunding my purchase price and now they send me this request to review the product. Not the type of customer service I would have expected from HP. About to purchase a new computer and printer, but they probably will not be HP products.

Oh yeah, gotta love a product you have to replace every year whether you use it or not. Come on HP, it's 2024, you can do better.
I appreciate the recycling envelope, though I'm not sure it's worth it to ship pieces of plastic around to be recycled.

Convenience
Not knowing that my ink cartridges HP 901 were replaced by 60 I could not find my ink anywhere. Then I remembered I could order from HP and found that the 901 were discontinued. Now I will buy online. No driving to the store looking for ink, just click and 2 days later it is here. Easy and convenient.
