When it comes to proven results, you need to stick with HP. My old printer works just perfectly with these cartridges so I bought extra for when they are discontinued.

It works fine, and has printed a lot of Christmas cards since installing it.

Got A Bad Cartridge!
Got a bad cartridge! Stopped working after a few weeks and projects. Ink level showed 3/4 ink remaining but would not print. Tried all cleaning options but nothing worked!

Only got 3 pictures. Very disappointed
Received this only a week ago. Installed right away because I had to print some full color pictures as gifts for Christmas. After just 3 pictures, they started coming out all striped looking so I had to cancel the rest of the prints. Upon checking the level of the inks, now it is telling me the yellow is out, and the two others are close to being out. After 3 pictures???? This is way to expensive to get such little usage out of. Am not happy

HP Original 901 Ink
The color output using HP original ink on my Office Jet Pro 6978 is superb. Tried off-market refills and was very disappointed.

I recently bought a HP910 BLACK. Opening the package was extremely difficult. Removing the orangeplastic cover was a NIGHTMARE! It wold not budge, but finally popped off, spouting evverywhere! I got more ink on myself than was needed for 10 pages! This did not happen the last time-a little hars, but not like this. The cartridge worked fine in the printer, but I did some drastic cleanup on cartridge and myself. Not happy!

Ink works as described. Delivered in mailbox though on a -15c day. Ink luckily has lower freezing point so no harm done.
