Cyan ink cartridge would not work.

Flimsy mailing packaging!
It was shipped in a flimsy package with 3 other cartridges. Black ink leaked everywhere. Had to clean it off.

Annoyed Customer
Extremely annoyed that these cartridges are correct number but we get an error message on our printer saying, "The indicated cartridges are not communicating correctly with the printer. If this problem persists, replace the cartridges." The last thing I want to do is package all of these back up, send them back to HP, and wait too long for replacements that probably won't work either. I should have just gone to the local office supply store.

Worked perfectly. My only problem was that I needed all three colors and only two were available from HP.

Buy The Best.
I have had trouble getting aftermarket and discounted ink cartridges to work properly in my printer. I only purchase the genuine article from HP. They work.

Stale dated products
HP ships stale dated merchandise to online shoppers. Product expires Mar 2020 just two months after pit was supplied by HP. This the second time this has happened!

3day overnight service
