This is the only toner I use. I have an HP printer and choose to deal directly with HP. I have never had an issue with it and HP always sends it quickly. Usually within 48 hours. Excellent customer service.

I always trust genuine HP products. I have tried others in the past and always had problems and come right back to HP. The quality is excellent and I have never had any issues.

you should ONLY use genuine HP products. I have been using this printer and ink cartridges for well over 10 years. always worked well.

Far too expensive. The authentic HP toners have always worked well with no issues of the many HP printers I've used them in. But, the cost is double what I think is reasonable.

I had a difficult time buying from the local office supply store. My order said that it was undetermined when the cartridges would be available. I waited for more than a month then ordered from HP. I received the cartridges from HP before my order from the office supply store. I have ordered from HP in the past and totally forgot, so that was the reason I ordered from the slow office supply store.

I always try to buy the authentic brand toner since the generic ones always spill toner and make a mess and don't have the picture quality that the real HP brand toner has.

Since the priinter repair guy replaced the non OEM toner cartridge with genuine HP toner my printer problems evaporate never to return.

I bought one of those refurbished cartridges and it ended up being really bad after a few uses. Smudging all the ink. Got the HP one and initially got the order wrong, but it was a very smooth process retuning it and getting the correct one. Even used one of those little text boxes at the bottom to do it they you think are just bots. Awesome all around. Great product and great service.
