While they are expensive, they work well. Much better than third party toner! I print a lot each year and only need to get the toner twice per year.

I am very happy with my HP Color Lazerjet Printer and have always only used HP Replacement toners. I love the fact that they come with a postage paid recycle option. I always send the old cartridges back to be recycled.

I made the naive mistake to purchase a cheaper set of toners. How bad could they be? The colors were unbelievably poor. Color accuracy is paramount in my graphic design business. I couldn't wait to replace them with my trustworthy HP Laser Jet toner cartridges! Lesson learned.Thank you, HP!

I have gone with HP toner cartridges and won't go with another brand. I've used inferior products in the past and those products don't hold up to HP. Go with HP they won't let you down.

The first cartridge I installed is making horizontal black lines across the page on the first 2-3 print jobs and then clears up..... I have now installed the second cartridge to try and figure out if the first one is defective...

I have a been buying HP toners for several years old printer and I have noticed that their prices are still kept high for my 8 plus years old printer. Never gave any coupon or discounted prices. That’s pretty sad for big companies like HP getting stingiest as they profits more and more.

I have been a customer of HP for several years and they continue to provide a high quality product. We have both printers and computers. Their support products laser color and black cartridges are far superior then the cheaper refills and have consistently out performed them . I know this since I have tried them. The delivery has always beat the advertised delivery and pricing is fair and equitable

I worked previously for a national contract services and supplies vendor. One of the big five suppliers nationally in the office products and technology services game. I've seen all the sales pitches for "recycled toner cartridges" from the "Refillers" But at a Hardware and Infrastructure conference in Honolulu, HP National representative, Mary Hart, sat down with me and asked about what we see beyond the equipment, servers, and infrastructure services. Our chat covered the Cloud in its pre-infancy. We were working with large enterprise data storage, infrastructure speed scalability and security. We debated lofty concepts, ways to pitch, design, sell, support, and sell support... and one thing I needed to be able to provide along with professional infrastructure engineering services and enterprise products was supplies. We needed to provide a service so simple it wasn't easy. There were dozens of companies locally that dealt with toner and ink and did a better job at it at times. Margins were lucrative. The market locally immense. The integrator-supplier relationship is key. Making our end user client happy was my key to making profits. Direct delivery of supplies proved to be a good thing. When a secretary - the office supply clerk-manager - is happy that the world is good and their loyaly to the total package that performs for them is business - repeat business for us! I can order for a single printer or I can order for an entire division. Great product in supplies (toner) and the ancillary services to go along with it.
