High yield cartridge give long service.
High yield, original cartridge has provided us with years of worry free printing from our HP printer. The high yield cartridge provide a better cost per page printing experience than the regular toner cartridges.

Cartridge Toner Return
Received toner in a timely manner. Easy installation. Only issue is returning old cartridge for recycling. Canadian web site has been diwn for over a week and can not print return label.

faulty cartridge
One of the two cartridges was faulty. Tried to call HP to arrange for a return, but spent nearly an hour being passed around until someone finally hung up on me. Next time I won't buy online and I'll check each cartridge as soon as I bring them home. What a nuisance, not to mention a waste of money.

Caused Blue Dots to Appear
Besides being really expensive, immediately after changing this cartridge, started getting blue dots down the center of anything we print. Only recently replaced all three color cartridges and they cost way too much to replace everything at once as was suggested in a few posts. Checked forums and this is not an isolated issue. HP400 was the perfect color laser printer for a small business and still is but HP does not make anything similar to upgrade to. Everything they make today in color is inkjet or floor standing copy machines.

Communicate With Your Customers
No issues with the product. This review may not make it since it goes to a more concerning issue with HP and if not included, I hope at least they read it.
Pre-COVID, if I can use that as a marker, I could receive the toner cartridges the next business day. Then into the COVID era it went to two days. When I ordered new toner cartridges last month and when checking out during that purchase I was informed that the time was now up to 7 days. Actually, on the seventh day I was informed it may now be the eight day. I can work with information, not surprises. Just be upfront with changes in delivery times prior to purchasing so I can plan purchases accordingly.

If you want to change cartridges less often, then 312x is the way to go. Better value than the standard cartridges.

Works Perfectly!
I had to replace the "compatible" 305 black toner cartridge with the HP original cartridge because the "compatible" one was printing black horizontal lines across the entire sheet of paper when I was really only printing in color (labels with orange and green print). When I replaced the "compatible" cartridge with the original HP one, I didn't see one black line on the paper. I am all about saving money when I can; however, I am convinced that "compatible do not work in my printer - or at least I haven't found the right manufacturer. It would be nice if HP would offer better deals on 305 toner cartridges (black and color) since they are so expensive! I pay more for 4 cartridges than I paid for the printer itself!

Found that my membership had changed from Citibank employee to regular. Toner use as expected and satisfied, however, price of HP toner has gotten more expensive. I went online with another retailer and purchased another HP toner for about $10 cheaper.

Easy to order and quick delivery

Competitively Priced
