I am extremely happy with my new HP M608. I only have owned HP printers and have been extremely pleased with this printer. It’s amazing. The print quality is top notch and the speed of the printing is very fast.

We have a dozen M608 printers for our State Department and purchased a lot of these 37Y carts thinking they will last us a long time. But they begin to produce small 1 inch dots on the sides of the pages. About 3 of them so far had to be replaced sooner than the toner wears out due to the prints being affected at a noticeable degree. I tried to contact HP support but since our carts are at 30 or 20% they're out of warranty. But in all honesty. what's the point of buying a high capacity toner cart if the cartridge don't even last long enough to produce quality prints? We may have to start buying smaller capacity carts since these are kind of pointless.

I purchased a 608 in large part due to the promised 41K pages per cartridge. It's tough to get over 30K - apparently, HP considers 6 lines of type a full page. Very misleading.
