Good Product (low toner warning shows up way to early)
Works well but printer show low toner after a very short time. Toner cartridge last months and months with light usage after the low toner warning appears.

Not good service
My dealing with HP has almost driven me insane! I've owned my printer for a few years and when I purchased an HP cartridge from a local store, HP refused to acknowledge it an shut me down. After several phone calls and struggles, I've spent the past 2+ years without a printer & a perfectly good cartridge I can't use. I actually thought of buying a new "non HP" printer, but finally gave and order one from the company, which took me a couple weeks to receive....not sure why. So - nope not happy with HP company, however, the printer is a good printer....just horrible company service.

Easy to indtsll
East to install once one knows to pull the tab to remove the cover to ink. Would help to know to do that.

It's a shame that i purchased a printer and have no choice but to buy your ink cause u put a chip in the printer that won't allow other cartridges to work!!!

Use original HP products and save money
I was using recharged ink cartridges with limited success. Sometimes it only lasted half the volume of printing. Sometimes it left lots of extra ink on my paper, fouling my printer. Twice the recycled products just totally failed. Since using the original HP product I have never had an issue. The quality of print did not change as the toner got used. Thanks

Very reliable

Great Toner!
This is probably my 4th time ordering this toner for my HP Printer and it always gives me the best results. No complaints. The bldg. where I live is a Seniors place so not many tenants have computers or printers, and they rely on me for print outs for our bulletin board on occasion and for personal stuff. Happy to oblige. ??
