Color toner purchase
Convenient to get the three color toner cartridges in a set. Print quality remains great as my printer gets older. HP has been reliable, both for the operation of this printer and for the quality of its toner.

Is it worth it?
Just too expensive when compared to compatible inks. I like HPs quality, but the cost continually leaves a bad taste and bad feelings.

Always buy toner from the actual manufacturer
Smooth transaction. Products as described and delivered promptly. My only lament is the cost but I know better than to buy after market or generic brand cartridges.

Cartridges I needed and a good price
I needed to replace three of my four cartridges in my printer. I looked around and could only find two of the three I needed. Until I looks on the HP site. They had all three and for a good price.

3 pack Magenta/Cyan/Yellow
Bought the bundle. Took 2.5 weeks to show up. Yellow cartridge was damaged (bent drum) and well as all three boxes were damaged.
Now I have to deal with sales because customer support online passed the buck.

Laser Printing Cartridges
I have purchased several cartridges and only one has been defective, leaving marks on the document. Otherwise, this printer is amazing. The only downside is the cost. They are very expensive and had I known how costly the printer would be to operate, I might have looked at a different machine.

Je souhaite que vous teniez compte de l'effort que je fournis en utilisant votre service de recyclage de cartouches. Vous devez certainement réutiliser la majorité des composantes de ces cartouches pour les remettre en marché, sinon vous devriez... Je devrais donc bénéficier d'un crédit à l'achat de nouvelles cartouches ou tout autre matériel HP. Vous obtiendriez peut-être 5 étoiles dans ce cas.

Toner is fine - customer service is not
I have no idea if the toner is good. I mistakenly ordered the wrong cartridges and when I finally needed to replace them all, I realized there were the wrong ones. And becasue I was over the 30 days, HP would exchange the toners. I see here that customer service reviews will not be posted - shame on you HP. I am now out $376 for toner I can't use.

Automated calls stink
I accidently ordered 3 color 401 colored cartridges and realized it shoul be 201. I used the program that came with my printer to order so when I went to the HP site I could not print a return label.. So then I tried calling and got nowhere. I tried support and got nowhere. I also tried the virtual chat and got nowhere.
Then I searched on the label that was on the shipping label which is HP HHO 3820 Micro Dr.Millington TN. I tried calling them and got nowhere. I am out $388.00 plus I still need to order cartridges 201. I am extremely happy with my HP laser printer. I son't know what else to say except there as to be an easier way to talk to someone. I hate automated calls

Works every time!
I always purchase HP laser jet cartridges. They are simple to replace and fit my HP printer perfectly. I also like that the boxes can be used to recycle the empty cartridges and the return postage is included.

HP Toner Cartridge - A must
My printer is a "work horse" that must be kept in tip top shape. HP Original Toner Cartridges are play an important part. I can always depend on them to work properly.
