Cartridge lasts a long time
I have been ordering this toner cartridge since I purchased my printer more than 7 years ago. I like it because I print banking , budget, and online purchase information from my computer and the cartridge lasts a long time.

83X Toner Cartridge
I have used these toner cartridges since buying my printer. 16500 pages to date. Every one has worked perfectly and yielded 5% more pages before a change than officially stated.

New toner cartridge for a great laser printer
I have a wonderful hp black and white laser printer that finally ran out of toner. It was simple to find the cartridge using the hp smart app which knew exactly what i needed. It was very easy for purchase. The hp printers and the hp smart app are fabulous.

Environment and Reliability
HP LaserJet Toner Cartridges and M201dw are reliable workhorse team. The HP 83X toner cartridge is packaging return works well. Kudos for the environmentally responsible packaging and easy return policy. Mother Earth thanks you as do I.

Disappointed
I am sorely disappointed that you will not give me a return on the toner that I ordered in error.

Not universally compatible w/ 83A
The printer management software pop-up (HP Laserjet Pro MFP M125-M126 PCLmS) said my toner cartridge was low and did I "want to order a genuine HP replacement". Sure, I clicked, and was taken to the HP store. I was given a choice between an 83A (standard capacity) or an 83X (twice the capacity for only 35% more cost). So I opted for the latter, and it didn't fit my printer - the very same one whose software gave me only these two choices. I went to Staples and bought an 83A, which fit perfectly. The 83X might be a 5 star cartridge, but buyer beware! One star for the 83X vis-a-vis the MFP M125 printer. I gave 2 stars because the HP store's return process was super easy with a rapid refund :-) Overall quite happy with HP, but the 83X glitch seems avoidable. Hoping for a software update.

reliable product
The HP 83X has been a reliable product for us, continues to deliver as expected with each new cartridge. Would like to see the same recycling program available here there is in the US.

Good toner
toner that works ... yeah, a little expensive, but you get what you pay for ... when the level in the cartridge gets down to less than 200 pages, I routinely remove the cartridge, give it a good shake in all directions ... then replace it ... seems to last longer.

Never have gotten 2200 pages on a single cartridge
We go thru a cartridge a month. Product gives me about 1900 - 2000 pages on a single laser cartridge. I've never had a problem with the cartridge.

Toner cartridge labelling
If looking for a high yield cartridge 83 X does not fit printers requiring 83A. Numbering system is confusing as is web site. When you search for 83A there are 3 choices?. High yield 83x, single 83a and double 83a. Apparently I did not check compatible printers and now have a new but opened 83x cartridge which is of no use to me. I reordered the double 83a to finish my projects.

Does not fit M125nw Laser jet pro
Website listed this cartridge as a replacement, but it does not fit my Laserjet pro M125nw. Only the standard cartridge fits, 83A, not the high yield.

seems to work as well as the previous one
My HP laser printer and HP toner cartridge produce nice crisp pages. I just wish the printer would talk to my network once in a while. Seems like every time I want to print I have to power cycle the printer, delete and re-add the printer, reinstall drivers, etc. It rarely just prints. Same problem with wireless connection directly to the printer. Also wish HP would send me less spam email.

Ordering from HP shopping is nothing but a problem
Ordered November 26th, called CS November 30th to find out status, promised December 3rd delivery . Called again December 15th was told need to wait 5 more days while HP figures out where the product is. So you billed me sent me surveys and yet you forget to deliver your product. Worst online shopping experience ever.
