I have had my HP CP20205dn color laserjet printer for over 20 years. I always buy genuine HP toner cartridges for it. Why? I worked for a large utility company, and their purchasing department had to solicit three bids, and then choose the lowest one. It was always a low bid recycled toner cart company. Those carts *always* leaked, smudging the delicate drum, ruining copies, and requiring calls to the internal IT printer folks to clean up the mess. More expensive doing it that way. I learned from that to ALWAYS buy new HP toner cartridges.

I’ve had this printer HP printer for three years and the cost of a set of new HP toner cartridges is getting outrageous. Quality old printer and toner cartridges is very good, but cost of printing is a real problem.

I finally broke down and ordered refills for my HP Color Laserjet directly from HP. I'd ordered some off-brand cartridges in the past. Those non-HP cartridges made my printing streaky and unpresentable. I'd saved a few bucks but the end result was pretty unusable. The minute I installed the HP cartridges things changed. The copies became cleaner. With my kids using my printer for homework and my wife using it also, I had complaints in stereo. That is now over. Stick with the category leader in printing is the lesson I learned.

Your website wasn't working right for 3 days!!! Finally contacted Customer Service & Leo was able to find my old orders (I had order #s) & place my order. The day that my toner arrived, my printer said I needed Magenta. It was really close! I have a great HP Printer & service has been good to this point. HP is the only credible source for the toner to keep my printed in service.

I always purchase the toner for our 3 HP lasers, at HP's high price. Lucky for HP my wife will not even try a remanufactured toner, the toner must be HP. I use the Epson inkjet products , and have found the remanufactured clone ink products work fine for my needs. Also I'm guessing the cone toner might also do an adequate job...

We have used the HP printer for several years now. We have used several color toner cartridge packs. Color on everyday documents is good. Brochures (including photos) on 220g paper are excellent. However, the last group of cartridges produces the smallest volume we have experience BY FAR! Less than half the normal past volume. We can find no evidence of toner leakage, so have no idea of the "problem." We sent an email to HP and received no response.

This is for our at-home printer. The printer was very expensive. The toner cartridges are very expensive. My husband purchased it so he could self publish, which met those needs. But now we use it mostly for everyday use, and I think there are more reasonable printer and ink choices available. This really no longer meets our needs.

Product arrived in good condition and on time. The cartridges have not been installed yet as my technician says I should wait until the printer tells me it is "out" of that type of cartridge.

These cartridges provide toner to my HP Color Laserjet CM2320nf MFP which is without exception the best printer I ever bought. Buying them in combination for a price break is how I stock so that I'm never at a loss for a cartridge when I drive it down to the point where the printer tells me it is flat out done. I love the cartridges and the printer.
