Ink cartridges damaged
It's time to buy another brand of printer. The HP printer cartridges have been very difficult to install in the printer. I have wasted money on sticking with this printer because of the trouble it is to install the cartridges.

The ink cartridge looks great, but it's hard to tell if it functions since my printer ink carriage is malfunctioning. LOL I'll be reaching out to customer support in the near future.

Good ink, but it did not solve my problem
Got a printer failure message. Black cartridge was running low. In the past when the printer quit working, it was because the color cartridges (which I don't use) had dried up. So I purchased black and color cartridges. Wasted. It did not solve my printer failure.

Problem with Black CCartridge from Office Depot
color cartridges are working well. I also bought a large black from office depot which is not performing at all. I used print and scan doctor to clean print heads. It printed the test page ok then the first page of a 3-page PDF file and then the second and third pages came out blank.

Colored high yield ink cartridges.
I was afraid that the high yield cartridge would not fit my printer. It fit perfectly. Perhaps on the site it should say that it is high yield, but the same size as the previous cartridge. sizes.

As always, this cartridge worked perfectly and was easy to install. It gets 4 stars and not 5 because it is too expensive for small businesses on tight budgets!

Great Ink Easy to Install
This is a cartridge I've ordered several times. They always work fine and are easy to install. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is price: HP would do its customers a huge favor if they would lower the cost of their ink ... without having to sigh up for Instant Ink.

Printing capacity?
The cartridges work perfectly well in our printer. However, the claimed number of printed pages seems to us to be completely wrong. We're retired and only print things like family letters, utility bills and such. NO work products on a daily basis. None of the cartridges - my impression - print anything near the website's claims.

It worked very well. I am happy with the purchase . I wish HP puts more.ink in the container. Mailing was a bit slow though.
