Good Product, XL Cartridge Preferred But Unavailable on HP
Overall, a good product, HP Genuine Part, Cartridge prints well and cleanly. Really wanted the larger XL ink cartridge, but it was unavailable on HP's website.

HP 950 ink cartridge
The quality of the ink is great. I am dissappointed that I was unable to procure 950 XL cartridges as well as 951 XL cartridges.

Can't go wrong with Genuine HP products
Getting my replacement ink cartridges was as easy as I could have imagined. You know they are in stock and the will ship overnight for free and send you a bag so you can return the empty cartridges back to HP to be recycled. The order process was simple and i will re-order through HP in the future.

Product shutting down by computer and HP not responding
I tried both 2 new 950/x and then a 950 black ink cartridges in my HPOfficeJetPro8600Plus and my printer will not work now, stating there is an ink problem. I had replaced all colors previous this fall without a problem. I tried to get help on line but after hours could not get any human to respond and I no longer worry about AI taking us over as the machine advisers neither helped or responded to specific questions. I guess my choice is to get a new printer over simple ink cartige issue.

Unable to use
Ordering was simple and delivery was prompt. However, When I installed the cartridge my HP printer message said the cartridge was damaged. After hours of trying unsuccessfully to fix the problem, I returned cartridge for a refund.
