The color cartridges perform well and were received in a timely fashion. My only issue is the cost of HP ink jet cartridges. What helped is HP's willingness to match Amazon Prime 5% rebate.

I initially bought this tri-colour cartidges because I ran out of yellow ink. After three months, I need to replace my blue ink too. Unfortunately the printer shows a system error whenever I install this blue cartridge. And because I bought the pacakge over one month, I don't get a refund OR a replacement. For a brand like HP, and price like this, while receiving this kind of customer service, I understand why people would rather purchase a third party cartridge.

I can't tell you since my printer failed on me - it gave me an error message that it couldn't find the printer head!! Really? Maybe that's why the previous ink I purchased wouldn't fit into the printer, and they had to send a new one.

The cartridges and all the peripherals to the laptop came very quickly. I've been waiting on my laptop for well over a month and last I was told, he was lost in transit and that's the only information that I have so right now although I think you're a highly valued company and I've always had good luck with you. But this time, I'm just very displeased with the follow up and follow through on my lost laptop.

MY HP 8600 Desk Jet gave me the error, "Yellow and Blue" ink need replaced). I had new ink on hand so I replaced it. The error still remained, Yellow and Blue need replaced. So I purchased from the HP store a new total replacement ink supply. I installed new ink, Black, Blue, Yellow, Red. The printer still said the yellow and blue were damaged, and needed to be replaced. .I spent $150.00 on new ink. Talked to AI but that didn't work either..

Have never had any issues with HP original ink cartridges. Have been using them for many years in the printer that I purchased many years ago. Ordering through HP is easy, shipping is fast and free. Will continue using original HP ink for as long as I own an HP printer.

These cartridges damaged my printer because they were not sealed. If there were sealed, the three color cartridges would have been full and there were not. As soon as I installed them, "printer failure" came up and there was no successful way to reset or clear the failure. Now I don't have a printer because these ink cartridges ink and or printer system and it won't be an HP. I had this HP 8610 and I loved it. I only printed ocassionally so it was like new. Terrible experience.

I think these cartridges damaged my printer. My 8610 had never had a problem until I installed these. Right away, I got an "ink system failure" message. Three of the so-called "new" cartridges weren't even full. HP sent me new cartridges and the same issue happened with HP replacements. I suspect these cartridges may have damaged my printhead. I think HP owes me a new printhead for my 8610 printer. Over the years, I hardly use my printer. It was like new. Now I need a whole new printer. And I am not buying an HP.
