I love HP products but i have to say that this time i was very frustrated with the delivery timeline, which is probably more a Canada Post problem. I was without my printer for a week, whereas the previous time my ink was delivered the day after i ordered it.

You forced me to buy your product when using an HP printer. The generic cartridges always give you an error on an HP printer. Plus your products to expensive.

Après plusieurs appels j'ai enfin reçu ma commande que j'avais annulé. Lors de mon dernier appel le préposé m'a confirmer avoir annuler la commande et ce n'était pas le cas car je l'ai reçu quelques jours plus tard.

Hp ink ,the best in the business.I need a 932 black ink cartridge to fill out my Hp 6100 printer, and it was delivered in a couple of days after I ordered it. Excellent service.

It was terrible - I had to buy this bc I could not get my Instant Ink account back on-line. Bad experience. All of this started bc our Wifi blew up and was out for a month. So Instant Ink shut down our printers and they have been screwed up ever since then.

Really like these ink cartridges. They last a long time and give excellent color. However, my HP copier "bit the dust" and I had to replace it. Bought another HP Envy and ordered more in cartridges for it. Again the ink lasts and gives excellent color. This is my 5th HP copier. The first one is still going strong!!! 3 of them I just plain wore out. The last one I really wore out,, it was an excellent machine and I really hated to see it go. Hope this new one lasts as long.

Nothing works without black, so I needed this one here to go along with my color cartridges. I get plenty use out of the black cartridge because I click prints”black & white” A LOT! Prints smooth and easy, not messy and no smearing. Love this product!
