Quality at its best
Quality product and I don't worry about damaging my large format plotter because of using some cheap ink and cartridge. Alway crisp lines with HP cartridges and never a problem.

Total diaster
Bought HP ink straight from the store. Was to be 2-6 day delivery. No it was 12. I was on hold to customer service for an hour 3 days in a row until I hung up. I couldn't cancel my order and buy elsewhere. In the meantime I had to go to a printer to print what I needed for my customer. I'll never order from the HP store again. Since this happen I ordered my next set of HP inks from office depot. They arrived in 3 days.

3 to 6 days before I confirm payment changes to 8 to 16 days after I pay. You haven't even shipped the item, and now you want a review. Pathetic.

It's INK. Why does it need a review?
I am so happy that I get an email nearly everyday asking me to review my purchase of ink from HP (minus 1 star). It does the job it's intended to do at more than double what it should probably cost (minus 1 star). I'd love to use some aftermarket ink but it's not worth the hassle of the printer recognizing it's not genuine HP ink. A 5 star product if you can come to terms with it costing more than it should.

This Ink Cartridge Lasts a Very long Time!
I bought this cartridge as a backup when the current HP711 80-ml in my printer runs out. Well, the current one still hasn't run out and I use it quite a bit. These cartridges last a very long time.

Ink cartridge and service
I ordered a black ink cartridge from HP. It apparently was defective since it would not print.
Called HP customer service. Was put into a never ending hold loop. Will not order from HP again.

Best quality ink and best service every time
I always buy HP ink for my large format plotter...there is no other for our office. Our end product is a reflection of all the hard work of gathering data for the survey map. If the print is low quality it reflects negatively on the precision of the work performed. HP products are a necessity to us.
