This printer is good and works ok, the only issue when I first bought it was fitting papers in the right slot (front opening) I wish if it was scanning Legal size papers but it does not, the only other issue is the scanning when you go more than 600 dpi (max 1200 it will scan very slow !) other wise it is a good printer and scanner , I watched the bad reviews and I disagree with them; it is actually good printer ( especially in colors) Only you have to use it gently when you first buy it and in a matter of weeks you get used to it, even if a paper jammed you can take it out easy but you have to follows its booklet.

I purchased HP Deskjet 2130 here in Qatar, the only complain that I have is that it doesn't come with a USB connector and the ink consumption is very fast.

This was replace an 8 year old printer & found it has far less capabilities than I was expecting. Top loaded paper operates poorly with a single piece of paper and the margins are far too big to support any but the most elementary printing. The print quality are good

Bought this for cheap from a big box retailer and set it up, ran the alignment sheet, cleaned the printer heads. I cleaned them multiple times and even deep cleaned them. Still, the lines persisted. Both are the carts that came with it, but the lines were all over the page and didn't print clearly at all. This seemed like a good deal, but as others' have stated, this is either not a very good printer or I may have gotten a dud.

It cannot be discovered by wi-fi, so that would make one think you need a (USB) cord, but there's none included, nor is there a spot for it. Very expensive paperweight!

performs well, good quality documents for work but problem is every time multi page documents are printed the pages must be manually reversed because printer can not print single sided documents in reverse page number order to have page 1 be on top of the stack in the output tray.

This affordable printer works quite well, but... try getting replacement cartridges in China! There is some confusing inconsistency across HP's international business. The printer comes with HP63 cartridges in the start up pack and the label inside the print cartridge access door says 'HP63' but the genuine HP 63 replacement cartridges don't work. Apparently in China you need HP 803 replacement cartridges. When you order the genuine cartridges they send HP63 anyway and they don't work... go figure???

Great Printer prints faster than my old printer but lighter when I switch to darker it's slower than my old printer. There is a particular document I use daily when I print it the right hand side of the document is cut off. Contacted the program company I am printing from to see if they can help. waiting for their call back.

Given that I have an HP printer at work I assumed that this was going to be a good idea. Well I found out I was wrong when it decided to stop working and say that I should align it (because I know how to align the printer) following that it stayed idle for about 20 minutes (after being in use for about 10 minutes when I started and printing 4 pages). Then, I turned it off and back on to no avail. There was no printing except for the test page for the ink. After the printer decided it was going to work it left me with horrid streaks on the pages so I figured so I took the ink out and placed them back in. The streaks remained. So very disappointing and irritating at best.

not only do the ink cartridges on this model not last long but now my printer will not print. all connections are secure and control p allows me to access the print function but nothing prints when the command is given. the printer makes nothing but noise and nothing prints. absolute junk.

The only reason i gave it 1 star is because when it does work its fine but most of the time it doesn't. it shuts on and off by itself, i will have to turn it on and off to start printing, i have to uninstall the re install alot to get it to print, doesn't print 20 pages before ink runs out after just putting new cartridge in. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. then the ink is way too expensive for this cheap printer.

The scanner on this does not work. I have downloaded and re downloaded the drivers for the scanner, I have used the hp doctor and all of the other diagnostic tools. The printer has a bleed on the longest side of say half an inch? So on my cms1500 forms it cuts off the NPI which I now have to write in by hand. How professional does that look? As far as alignment the prints come out centered well which is why I replaced my last printer, it was not printing centered. overall it is an okay printer. very affordable. i would have considered returning it but i already bought two extra boxes of ink from costco.

Received this as a gift. Set up was simple, however when it came to the printing it kept malfunctioning stating it was a paper jam. After following all manufacturer instructions for clearing the jam, which there was none to begin with. And resetting the printer which take an hour or more. The result remained the same, continued error message stating paper jam, no print job completed. Do your self a favor don't waste your money or time.
