Long lasting

HP Screws Up the Menu on their New 9 Office Jet "Wide-Body" Printer.
Being a decades-long fan of HP printers, we bought the new "Wide-Body" 9 HP Office-Jet printer and is has serious problems.
Whomever was resonsible for the menu coding should be fired becasue it, and the functions that lead the printer, are a mess. Hours have been spent trying to print 11X17 and the menu complicates the effort.
By pure stumble, we occationally had sucess, and the print quality was outstanding (very good), enought to want it to print that again, but no joy there.
HP should be ashamed that they screwed up such a good printer.

HP INK IS OUTRAGEOUSLY PRICED!
Your ink is OUTRAGEOUSLY priced! And your practice of forcing a firmware upgrade on my 2 - 8710's, rendering them useless to me because I now can only use them if I buy your OUTRAGEOUSLY priced ink, is an insult to your loyal customers. My cost of ink cartridges went from $36 to $180 because of your FORCED FIRMWARE UPGRADE. I have since purchase your competitor's printer and I will never again recommend nor use another HP product.

Delivery took too long

Poor packaging and appearance of product
The plastic sealant on the ink cartridge was torn, and the box slightly crushed. It looks used, or not new anyway

Cartridge Arrived In Time
The cartridge arrived in a timley manner. I've not installed it as yet. I am waitng till theh one in place runs out of ink. The printer said it was low, so I reordered it.

HP forces you to buy their ink.
So expensive! So Frustrating that one is forced to buy HP ink. Printer Firmware blocks alternative more affordable ink cartridges. They can name their price.

HP you got my last purchase!!!!!
I always over purchase my ink when it's on sale and today I needed to install a new set of cartridges. After I replaced all the cartridges as one was empty and the other's were getting close. To my surprise the screen stated the cartridges were older generation and would not work with this printer. These are the exact HP 952 cartridges that came with the printer. They tell you to get firmware updates so the printer will work well!!!!!!! What a joke as they changed something in my HP PRO 7740 so my orignal cartridges are worthless, ALL THREE SETS!!!!! To give you THANKS for selfish BS! Myself, family and good friends will never purchase another item from your greedy corporation.

Printer and ink.
I do not print a lot and the Ink dries up long before I use it. I think I will have to find a printer that fits my usage better. The ink is way to expensive to waste.

Too Pricy
Loyal customers should get some kind of discount when ordering replacement ink, without having to sign up for ink plans. Since you can only use original HP cartridges we need an incentive to keep using your printers.

Quality control issue?
Yellow was empty and blue is less than half full. I remedied the yellow and was treated fairly and a replacement was sent and awaiting the refund. It did take quite a while over the phone.

It suck's I don't even think it was a full thing of ink for the color ink Because I barely use my printer because of how high the ink is and it's suppose to be low already. I am the only one at my house who know how to use it.
