Disappointed!
I thought by ordering genuine HP ink cartridges I would avoid printing problems ?. Latest new cartridge created "ink supply issues" and left me dead in the water with NO printing or scanning capabilities!

Nothing wrong with the ink. HP's superior products always work for me. What really irks me is having to buy new color ink in order to use the HP B&W ink I already have installed !!! Really....??

If there is a rating below one star, I would rate it as such. The cartridge is way overpriced. Besides, my HP printer started printing in black and white only. Time to dump HP printer and get an EPSON printer.

I am not happy with HP!
I have bought several HP cartridges as different stores and have found my 952 cartridges arrive using used old cartridges and not new ones, wrapped and sealed. VERY DISAPPOINTED and feel you are robbing customers by asking us topay the HIgh Price for new and received subpar used cartridges. This was a test to see if it is coming from HP Directly and YES, I received the old used cartridge and paid fullprice for "USED". This is unacceptable and will purchase a new printer and be done with YOU.

Wrong ink- not replaced
The wrong ink was ordered somehow and it has been a big hassle trying to return & replace the ink.
Unfortunately I have eaten the 150$ ink cost and will not be buying more.

I use an HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 wide format printer because it gives me the opportunity to print tabloid (11X17) size for engineering drawings and the like. It also used 4 color cartridges to print the spectrum. These almost allow me the versatility of a full wide format printer. I am a retired engineer working out of my home office and need a wide format printer to perform my work. The 952XL print cartridges give me the benefit of longer lasting print capacity and fewer refills or reloads. They are more expensive than their non-XL counterparts but when printing drawings you can really notice the added capability of these cartridges. I get many more pages from the XL than non-XL.

never buy HP products. You get completely screwed by the proprietary ink sales. HP makes it impossible to use ink form anyone else and you will lose money every day while trying to get the product and software to work which it often doesn't. Help is all computerized. There is no one there. Its a huge rip off. Stay away.

Genuine HP Toner
I ordered toner from Amazon thinking it was genuine HP toner (it looked the same). It was not, and I'm glad it is all used up because it was certainly inferior to the REAL HB toner that I always had used previously! I won't be making that mistake and will from now on order directly from HP!

HP has cornered the market on printer costs by offering healthy printers with expensive cheap plastic ink. Then they added a warranty code that prevents 3 year old good cartridges from being used! What a scam.

HP Inks and Printers are superior products.
I have been using HP printers and HP genuine inks for decades. The performance of both have been excellent. The printers have a draft mode, which I use for my most of my printing, both black and white and color. I am able to save a lot of ink that way and the documents print far better than other printer/ink combos. Most of the time, no one can tell the documents, greeting cards, flyers, etc. are actually drafts.
The only thing I use the recommended settings for are photographs. As long as I continue to get the same quality, I won't ever consider changing to another printer or ink.
