The black ink cartridge is my basic go to and never fails.

This ink cartridge did not work at all. The printer did not even recognize it. I purchased it and paid a higher price under the assumption that it was an authorized HP store. Later I found that it is just the name and it does not have HP authorization to sell expensive ink cartridges that do not work.

Bad ink cartridges and will not accept returns.

Claim for number of Pages this cartridge is going to print is FALSE. It did print much less number of pages as the advertisement said or the description of cartridge claimed.

current product is ok, but I had to discard 2 full cartridges that had an Instant Ink label, of course they would not work in my printer because I was not subscribed, I do not know how they were shipped to me, $60 cost.

I purchased ink cartridges and asked for the two day shipping, knowing that it states that it's not 100%. Tracking showed a label was created but it didn't ship at all. There was a hurricane in North Carolina, the ink ships from Indiana, and I'm in Michigan so it shouldn't have affected me but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited two weeks before opening a chat with customer service. They responded immediately, apologized saying it was in the warehouse and overlooked. They resubmitted the order and within a day and a half I had it in my hands. The service was great, the product is great, and I'll definitely order again in the future.

3.08 cartridge

I subscribe to Instant Ink for my 3 HP inkjet printers. For some reason, I had not used one of them enough and the two ink cartridges dried out. Despite trying to clean them, they still would not work. I did not know how to ask HP to ship me new cartridges when the printer was still reporting them having a good supply of ink. Therefore, I ordered a colour and a B+W cartridge to restore the printer to action.

I have my 3 HP printers registered with Instant Ink. However, I had not used one of them for quite some time and the colour and B+W cartridges had dried out. Cleaning them with isopropanol didn't help. I could not figure out how to ask Instant Ink to send me new ones since these still reported themselves has having plenty of ink left. I ordered one of each, installed them, and the printer is working perfectly agian.
