Larger Cartridge!

Large capacity. Great for plotting multi prints. Keeps up with my high demand for prints.

Large volume!

The HP DesignJet T-830 from the day delivered was un-reliable and your technicians are un-able to resolve the issues. To date the printer is not able to print a scale drawing and does not respond properly to the settings 100% scale drawings to be centered. The first print job cuts off the paper at 34" instead of 36" then it does the rest scaled horizontally but not vertically, with a 1/2" morgen at the top and beginning and back and 3 inch morgen at the bottom. This is not centered. The printer can not be used for scaled drawings. I would not recommend HP to anyone based on my experience with HP's technical support or the quality of their equipment. As for HP's computers they are not capable of connecting with other computers and servers on my network they can not even talk to each other. I have two Dell servers a Power Edge 1600 Servers running Windows 3, a Dell Power Edge T410 Server running Windows Server 16 and a Dell Workstation T7500 all are over 12 years old and communicate with everything but any HP computer.

I would rate HP 10 out of 100 on last purchase.

Ordered on or about July 30th, promised 2-3 days delivery. Arrived Aug 10th late in the day.
We had to buy cartridge else where as machine would not run with empty cartridge, even if we tried to run black only. Terrible

Despite the fact that the plotter is fairly efficient when it comes to ink consumption, few things are more annoying than running out of ink midway through a draft. These larger cartridges reduce the chances of that happening.

Easy & quick order process

I have two printers that are DesignJets - a T-730 and Z3200 Photo. I run between 500 and a 1000 posters a year. The T-730 is more than able to handle the black & white posters while the Z3200 Photo does the colors. The ink works great. I wish that HP had the 130 ml in Matte Black for the T-730 - but - you can't have everything in life.

Excellent Service

The oversize capacity is great. We had issues getting the DesignJet T730 we have to "see" the cartridge - took some wriggling and re-starting - but it works perfectly for us and a much longer between-changes period.
