This's my second HP printer over the past 7 years or so. The first one stopped working completely with my Mac book after the new OS updates (wired or wireless). I do not do a lot of printing but when I do, it's usually a painful experience, especially wireless printing. I use a Mac and it seems like HP is slow when it comes to catching up with Apple's updates. Interestingly, the printer would print a test page but printing an actual document only works 3/10 times. This will probably be my last HP printer. They are not reliable at all and I do not recommend HP printers.

The printer is a little noisy when printing. The scanned copies from the feeder are slightly blurry. Happy otherwise.

Perfect printer, scanner and photocopy machine. I like the feeder, so I can photocopying or scanning more than one document automatically. And the size is perfect. I recommend it for home use.

Aside from the fact that this printer is an HP, I purchased it to replace my old HP LaserJet 3380 MFP, who like me at 80, has shown signs of old age. Selecting the make was a no brainer, it had to be an HP. All in all, I was favorably impressed with the multitude of advanced features such as duplex printing, a touch-screen interface, and HP's ancillary software.

Easy to setup and for a few days operated perfectly. Not sure what changed - but though INTERNA: printing works (done while in HP Troubleshoot), the Printer continues to build docs in the Queue. Having IT look at this remotely -- but then they thought it WAS fixed...stellar start down the tubes.

Did not know that paper storage unit is open and stays open when not being used. Easy for dust to get into unit. Disk that was sent could not be read by my computer - it reads all other disk OK - had to go to HP site to download. Have worked couple hours to get printer to work with my Apple iPhone - unable so far - really poor written instructions

I only have this printer a few weeks but it seems to be very good. Connecting everything wirelessly was quite easy and the printing is sharp and clear. it is also a bit smaller in size and other laser printers that I've looked at.
