Not happy
I was honestly disappointed at how fast both the cartridges that bought were "emptied"?I think they lasted a month?! I didn't print an excessive amount of stuff. And most of what printed was black ink but the color cartridge stopped working at the same time as the black one.

HELP !!!!
AM HAVING NO LUCK IN CONNECTING MY LAPTOP AND PRINTER UP. THINK I MIGHT HAVE TO UN INSTALL THE HP APP AND RE INSTALL. I AM IN MICHIGAN AND MY HUSBAND/TECHY PERSON IS I PHOENIX ;( NOT EASY TO TALK A PERSON THROUGH THE STEPS. ALSO, COULD BE THE PRINT HEADS ARE BAD OR THE PRINTER JUST DOES NOT 'PLAY NICE' WITH MY MICROSOFT 11.

On-Line Ink Purchase a Success!
I purchased the 2-pack printer ink cartridges on-line. The process was simple and the cost was comparable to a local super store. But instead of having to find a salesperson to unlock the cabinet to get the cartridges and then wait in line to pay, the ink was delivered to me at no charge and arrived in just a few days.

Bad blck cartridge
Had a bad black cartridge that did not print at all, and called HP...no help...needed all kinds of info that I didn't have anymore. Representative basically told me that she couldn't help me.
I'll try other off brands and save money too.

HP cartridges and service.
I can't use my new cartridges because the printer will not connect on line, so it is useless, along with the newly purchased cartridges. The driver for HP3700 series is not available, and after 2 hours of trying, I still could not connect with anyone at HP except useless robots. Will never buy HP again.
